The information on platform has misled in choosing...

The information on platform has misled in choosing EP package. Quoted an amount that says eligible for EP20 and above, only reliased the top up mechanism is strictly deductible through credit available in the account at exit. Nothing can be un-do when raised to Customer Service, and suggest to buy multiple EP packages to cover the cost difference. Consumer needs to keep topping up credit so EasyParcel can continue to retain consumer money!

Noticed the response was a copy-paste; and it is very unfortunate I was one of the unlucky ones who felt cheated - based on the reviews with 1*. Ticket ID 2016239 if you may address my request, thus far the CS claimed EasyParcel is not responsible for the misleading information on your weblink.
