I understand the circumstances of online shopping during this pandemic period, sometimes the parcels do received a bit longer than usual but it's not easyparcel's fault at all.

I believe you guys have did your best so, I thank all of you! As long as my parcel received in good shape and reasonable time then there's nothing that I should complain about
