Have been a customer for a few years. Just renewed my insurance with Brad, it was a very pleasant experience

Eagle gave me the lowest rate available for my quote, I bought it, and couldn't be happier. I would recommend to everyone to call this company and get their insurance from them. Ask for Brad, the owner's son, because he really knows his insurance.

I can not say enough good things about Fred Ricks of Eagle Insurance Agency! Fred is easy to work with, professional , pleasant and he really knows his insurance . I highly recommend him!

This insurance agency is a fraud. If you buy a years insurance they do not notify you of it expiring and they just cancel you. so there fore if you get pulled over license is suspended because of not being notified and then they can't put in your right information when putting in the computer. they do not own up to their mistakes and will not help you out an any situation. Customer service is poor. The Manager Fred/Frank is a jerk. DON'T GET INSURANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE.....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.

What's important to me is that I get the coverage I need at the lowest price possible. The folks at Eagle Insurance make that happen and provide exceptional customer service as well. I happily and highly recommend them!

I called in yesterday to get a quote on my 2017 vehicle , I was handled by agent Esther !! Let me tell you she is the sweetest and most kindness representative. Did everything through money while driving and taken care of other errands. Really low prices let me you that much. Full coverage. Thank so much :)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go anywhere else for car insurance. These people are so incompetent. And yes i should have known what i was dealing with and spent the extra money to have better insurance but I never expected to need my car insurance as i havent been in an accident for so many years. When you do actually need your company you will see how horrible they are. The "supervisor" Fred is horribly rude and disrespectful he must pass that on to francisco. These people are no help and are just down right rude. The women I spoke with were actually at least polite but dont know anything about insurance.

In regards to their response, my mother was excluded from my insurance policy. My mother is on the title. She was added to the title so if something should happen to me she can easily take over ownership of said car. WHY would i exclude her from the insurance policy? So if i die my mom cant drive the car!? ...makes no sense. Just a huge lack of information and laziness on the agency side. I dont work in insurance, its up to the company to explain the policy unfortunately. However, My issue has nothing to do with a claim being denied. My damage was covered by the secondary company. I could not care less that eagle denied my claim. I knew the whole time my claim would be covered by the secondary company. They keep insisting that's the issue as they dont listen to customer concerns at all. The disturbing thing is that they ask you seemingly simple questions then make very serious policy decisions without explaining to the consumer what the effects of those casual questions are. Bad business. Then they are rude and condescending when you point out an issue. Also, try calling and asking a question to a few different people..you WILL get a different answer from each person. Lacking training and listening/problem solving skills.

Good place to get your car insurance, they have great prices, been with them for 2 years now and I can't complain. Oh, and great customer service, Brad was really polite.

I have been insured through Eagle Insurance for 3 years and it has been a pleasure being a customer of theirs. Everyone that I've had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone has always been very kind, courteous and polite. They always kept me informed and up to date with my renewals and were very helpful when I had to update my coverage or change vehicles on my policy. It has been wonderful having them as my insurance agent and they are definitely going to be missed now that I am no longer in the Illinois area.

Eagle Insurance Agency is a great company. They have great agents, with great customer service. A friend recommended Eagle to me, and I am glad I checked them out! They have very affordable car insurance, a lot cheaper than other insurance companies I have been a part of in the past. If you are looking for extremely affordable insurance in the Chicagoland area I would say go check out Eagle Insurance first!

I definitely recommend this agency. Enedina was very polite, helpful and fast. I had a lot of questions about my car insurance and she was extremely patient and willing to explain me everything. Prices are more than reasonable.

I DONT RECOMMEND THEM, HERE IS WHY: They appear to be cheap, but then then you end up paying more because they dont give good coverage and when you want to cancel the insurance they charge you three times a one month s worth of insurance. For five days they ve done this to me. They charged me a $35 cancellation fee plus $40 for broker service plus $41 for coverage making up a total of $114 for FIVE DAYS and along with that Fred the Manager told me that I should be grateful that I wasn t charged $152 for the broker service fee, and considering that I paid my insurance in full for six months and it wasn t financed they still didn t give me back all of my money.

The insurance company has been one of the best and top performing insurance companies in Chicago. From the time that I have been using the insurance policy, I have been experiencing one of the best services in Chicago. One of the main reasons why it has been on the top of the game for the longest time is the type of workers they are having. They make it so easy to renew our policy and are always extremely helpful, polite and never fails to inquire if we have any questions. I would give them a zero if I could. Very incompetent and unorganized, depending on who answering the call. My brother passed a away was canceling his insurance for 2 weeks, tell me it done, then 2 minutes later they call with an issue of why it can't be done, all while asking who is driving the car. REALLY????? You wont cancel it but you're concerned with who is driving it,

Brad was a helpful agent when I had crunch time between work and worked with me quoting in emails. Good Liability company for a fair price. Hopefully the cars made in the 90s will get lower liability rates in the future.

The worst experience ever. After signing documents to begin an auto policy I decided to go with State Farm. Three days later State Farm offered me more coverage for less than Eagle premiums. So I called Eagle to terminate my policy. I was told by Ms. Jessica to email a Ms. Linda to request termination. After sending the email, the response was that my request has to be in writing because of the signature. You can not request termination via email. I responded, "I was given your email address to process my request"! To my advantage I have DocUsign, so Ms. Linda did accept my email with signature to terminate. The email stated, "Thank you for your quick response. Your cancellation has been submitted to Direct Auto Insurance Company today". Four days Eagle Insured me. I called Eagle and spoke with Ms. Jessica about my $296.00 being returned. She told me that the supervisor was handling my cancellation to hold. This guy spoke to me about the fee's associated with the issue of this policy for 4 days. "Why would I start a policy with them and then 4 days later go with someone else"? I asked him to tell me where I can find the information concerning cancellation. The supervisor began to read something about broker fees! I asked again "where can I find your cancellation policy, and are you refusing to refund my money"? He said, "I didn't say that, I can't talk to you"! and hung up on me!
You get what you pay for! I decided to go cheap and was provided the service that goes along with cheap! This is not always true with companies that provide low cost services, but in this case it is!!! MY MONEY WILL BE RETURNED! Let this be a warning to others...UNETHICAL...STAY AWAY...

I have been with Eagle for about 4 years now, as I have had insurance on 3 different vehicles. I was recently in my first car accident mid-Feburary. Fortunately, it was a minor fender bender. I immediately called Eagle to report the accident and get everything in order. Mind you, this was my first car accident and all of the necessary paperwork, to my knowledge, was completed and sent in to the respective agencies. I received a call because I did not send in proof of registration. Unfortunately, I had already scrapped the car because my property manager did not want a totaled car on property. I immediately called Eagle to ask if that would work, they said yes, and FRED, the manager, told me to email him the sticker, which was SUPPOSED to be promptly forwarded to Heartland Insurance and that he would get back to me. He never got back, so I assumed all was well. Fast forward to April 21, I received a letter from the second party's insurance agency stating they were seeking compensation because my insurance agency was unable to cover the damages. Obviously startled, I called Eagle to figure out what was going on since I assumed the paperwork was in order.

I spoke to Fred who, by the way, has nothing but excuses and terrible customer service, who said he did not remember me and tried to explain my "obligations" to me. He told me it was not his responsibility, when he CLEARLY offered to forward the supporting paperwork, which I have screenshots of, and did not want to admit I was receiving this letter due to HIS negligence. If I am not mistaken, the whole point of having an insurance agency is to handle such proceedings when accidents do occur.

Overall, whole scenario was really irritating considering the fact that I had never been an accident prior to this and was met with contempt by the manager of all people. Long story short, FRED NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED. Anyway, I will definitely be filing a formal complaint. If anyone is ever in an accident, make sure you are on top of Eagle. Keep all of your documentation and make sure that every thing you send to Eagle also gets sent to the supporting insurance agency.
