PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go anywhere else for car insurance. These people are so incompetent. And yes i should have known what i was dealing with and spent the extra money to have better insurance but I never expected to need my car insurance as i havent been in an accident for so many years. When you do actually need your company you will see how horrible they are. The "supervisor" Fred is horribly rude and disrespectful he must pass that on to francisco. These people are no help and are just down right rude. The women I spoke with were actually at least polite but dont know anything about insurance.

In regards to their response, my mother was excluded from my insurance policy. My mother is on the title. She was added to the title so if something should happen to me she can easily take over ownership of said car. WHY would i exclude her from the insurance policy? So if i die my mom cant drive the car!? ...makes no sense. Just a huge lack of information and laziness on the agency side. I dont work in insurance, its up to the company to explain the policy unfortunately. However, My issue has nothing to do with a claim being denied. My damage was covered by the secondary company. I could not care less that eagle denied my claim. I knew the whole time my claim would be covered by the secondary company. They keep insisting that's the issue as they dont listen to customer concerns at all. The disturbing thing is that they ask you seemingly simple questions then make very serious policy decisions without explaining to the consumer what the effects of those casual questions are. Bad business. Then they are rude and condescending when you point out an issue. Also, try calling and asking a question to a few different people..you WILL get a different answer from each person. Lacking training and listening/problem solving skills.
