I would give them a zero if I could. Very incompetent and unorganized, depending on who answering the call. My brother passed a away was canceling his insurance for 2 weeks, tell me it done, then 2 minutes later they call with an issue of why it can't be done, all while asking who is driving the car. REALLY????? You wont cancel it but you're concerned with who is driving it,
