Fred is outstanding! He is nice and easy to talk to. He is super-fast at getting back to me with questions. He explains everything so that I can understand the policies and know what I'm paying for. When I moved to Chicago I needed Illinois auto insurance and wasn't sure which agency would be the easiest to work with and the most helpful. I'm so glad I found Eagle! Since I'm close to Avondale, I don't mind coming in to pay in person (instead of using DocuSign, which they support). There is a huge Jewel-Osco next door so parking is readily available. It's fun to come here and talk to Fred face-to-face and to get great service. Everyone is really friendly and attentive; even when they are very busy they still make time for me. The old '31 Model A sitting in the middle of the entryway is unbelievably cool. At Eagle you get a unique experience that I haven't seen at other agencies. I would highly recommend using Eagle Insurance if you are looking for affordable, good insurance and a place that truly takes care of and values their customers.
