Every single person who works here from the reos up to Fred by far has zero customer service ability and frankly shouldn't have a job where they have any contact with human beings.

I was with eagle for almost 4 years for my auto insurance. I recently purchased a new vehicle and was quoted a lower price with progressive for insurance on my new car. I called eagle to cancel my current policy and was told to email a copy of my new insurance form. My new insurance was active as of June 26th, my policy with eagle did not expire until July 16th which was a full 21 days. I was told everything was submitted properly and that I should expect a refund in 5 to 7 business days.

Fast forward 3 weeks, several calls with their useless, uninformed customer service reps, and I've yet to receive a refund. Fred finally calls me this morning and informs me the refund amount was $35 and the cancellation fee, which had never been mentioned until today, was $35. So in turn I dont receive a refund.

I paid a total of $493.36 for a 6 month policy which still had 21 days left on it. Simply math would state that equals out to $82.23 a month or $20.55 a week. 21 days left on the policy should equal a $61.65 refund.

Thanks again Eagle for ripping me off and I hope to god no one else is stupid enough to ever use your company for their insurance.
