Luciano provided excellent customer service when I needed to add my son to my policy. When I spoke with him to accomplish this there was a problem with my debit card and I indicated to Luciana that I would call back when I got the issue resolved with my back. I week later Luciana called me to follow-up and even the week after that. I appreciated the follow-up and we were finally able to process the policy change.
