Attended a conference. Ballroom and conference rooms were nice.
One of few hotels with direct ocean view and are able to slide open the windows, but no lanai (balcony). That gives a 4' x 8' opening. Pretty nice. Hotel lobby is under a total remodel right now. The rooms are dated. But location is great for Friday fireworks at Hilton just down the road.
I dined at the 100 Sails buffet. It was a reasonable price for the spread they provide. They have moist and delicious prime rib along with crab legs as well as delicious side dish choices such as garlic buttered corn on the cob, roasted cauliflower, sauteed mushrooms with asparagus and a few other choices. There was also dessert. The bread pudding and chocolate cake were so delicious. Fresh fruit, sushi, and soup round out your choices and iced tea is included with your meal but, a bar is there if you prefer alcoholic options.
Great facilities, beautiful harbor view, beautiful ocean infinity pool
Hotel is really clean and the staff makes you feel like family
Nice place has a great view. The people were warm and friendly the place is elegant and classy.
It is under construction, but close to Ala Moana, While watching the diamond head from the seaside It's fun to head to downtown Waikiki In the case of a repeater, a rental car plan It is a location that can avoid congestion.
Great looking hotel with a good Japanese sushi restaurant; Katsu Midori. Ample street parking in front of the hotel with a $1/hr rate.
Looked at reviews and photos in advance and decided here. It was with Diamond Head Tower and Ala Moana Tower, but stayed at Ala Moana Tower. I can not help but the water quality of the yacht harbor is not so clean and it was a little different from what I imagined. In addition, I think that there were not many chips placed at the bedside, but there are few fixtures depending on the day, while the staff is away from the room for a while at night, the staff are leaving sweets and entering the room, the staff Gathering in the hallway and making a loud noise, Is this Hawaiian style? The room was very beautiful because it was renewed! The curtains in the room are automatic roll curtains, and the morning sun spills from both ends in the morning. Ala Moana Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk away. Here are the hotel services I remember: Parking is free. One drink ticket is given per person. Gym and pool are available 24 hours a day. You will receive two 500mm mineral water daily. In addition to the coffee dripper etc., a wine opener is always on offer. Morning is 6: 30-10: 00 on the third floor of Diamond Head Tower. 20% off lunch and dinner on the third floor (drink tickets can be used here too). There is a free hotel shuttle.
One of the better hotels in Honolulu since the remodel. Great pool. Great location. Excellent Kama'aina rates (free parking and no resort fees).
So the hotel is great. Room is all right, not super fancy but good enough. What make it different is the little staff. Free water, free bottle champion, free morning newspaper, evening chocolate, even they have a eclectic kettle in every single room. If you are a person like me drinking hot tea all day, this is a big plus. The pool is great, pretty Morden.
We visited the Prince Waikiki for a friend's wedding. The suite was a good size and newly renovated.
Beautiful sunset watching in every hotel room. Ala moana mall is near the hotel.
Went to Katsumidori. It was really good! It's on the bottom floor in the back. Some friends and I went to go to celebrate a birthday which was cool. The food is really good, service is alright (I think it's because they have an iPad system which can get confusing.) I can't say I'd go back myself, but for high quality sushi, this place is definitely a good experience.
Best place ever. It is more than 7 stars services. Great hospitality from the manager and front desk (Mr. Vinse and ken ) also the Valle parking people The room is the best view and clean and organized. Thanks to house keeping pesonnel. The decorations is so good. Shower, tub and extra are the top in the market Definitely I recommend this hotel #2001 MG
Clean and welcoming. 100 sails had great variety but quality seemed different than before, less Japanese and more Americanized. Overall not bad but no longer our favorite buffet
It is very disappointing that some people have been written that the racist is below, but it is different from that, but perhaps they were discriminated against by misunderstanding employees of the Japanese (which is why the Japanese are the same). . Employees have different leadership, who can or can be in front of customers, who can only talk like friends when talking and people who are in charge of the tour using the desk that can be seen late at night It is better to cherish the customers and raise quality here if you are in a meeting with a voice that you can hear (usually in the backyard).
I like the food the most, better atmosphere and frendly staff.
Amazing view, very friendly staff, will stay here again next time we visit Oahu!
I like everything but the location is a bit ambiguous.
Beautiful hotel, the floor to sealing windows both the ocean view are to die for! Enjoyed the bathroom, the sleepers & robes are a nice touch
good views ,close to everything, most rooms been updated
Nice, clean, close to good restaurants. Did encounter a roach in our room, but staff willing to help. Microwave oven on request, free of charge.
It was nice, clean, professional and modern. No complaints!
A very nice place to stay. Thoughtfully designed, amazing views, calm and conveniently located.
Love the new renovations. Visited the hotel for their annual Oktoberfest. Delicious German food and entertainment. Will definitely go again next year!
First time back there since they renovated. It's nice, but I miss the old Prince Court buffet and Hakone restaurant.
The dining experience was very pleasant and delicious.
Great place to have your family enjoy a great place to stay
I've been to katsumidori and 100 sails both. Katsumidori has great sushi for great value, I would highly recommend it. It's small though so call ahead. 100 sails is beautiful with the renovations and rebranding. The bar area and live music or great additions. The buffet line has the same favorites but due to design can get congested quite easily so be prepared...otherwise great!
Prince hotel is evolving into a wonderful hotel to visit. To stay there as a guest to eat at the buffet or even a wedding on the top floor. Check it out you will not be disappointed.
Great amenities, nice pool, near many restaurants, and activities.
Beautiful! Close to Ala Moana Park and Mall! Great amenities and restaurants! Customer service awesome!
Although we only one night, it was a great experience. The lady who checked me in was very accommodating, as well as understanding. I appreciate the staff for their hard work. The room was Beautiful, nice view, Big Bathroom, comfortable bed.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We had several rooms booked for a wedding, and the hotel staff was always very accomdating and willing to help in everything. The hotel room was lovely with nice views. Would defintely recommend this hotel to anybody, and look forward to staying there again for future visits.
My family and I had dinner at the Prince Court restaurant yesterday evening. The waitstaff were very friendly and professional, but the food was subpar for how expensive the meal was. I will say that there was a good selection of seafood, meat dishes, sides, and desserts! But there was nothing that was so good that I would go out of my way to eat there again in the future.
Service was amazing and the lobby and even my room was amazing :)
The building is beautiful. The staff is encouraging, wonderful, and absolutely professional. For the price, the service is worth it, the food is worth it, and the view is worth it.
A little distance from Waikiki Beach. Recommended for those who think it's okay to stay calm.
The view also overlooks the yacht harbor and is the best. The restaurant in the hotel is a bit expensive but you can guarantee its taste. Baths are separate from showers and tubs, and toilets have a washlet, making it a comfortable place for Japanese people.
The captain suite which the party was hosted at was very luxurious. They had incredible variety and the waiters were good. I never had to ask to get my plate taken away.
Came for dinner. Restaurant was fantastic. Sushi was phenomenal. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely do it again.
We had an amazing view of the ocean i our room, the staff are great. The food in the 100 Sails Restaurant and Bar are great. You don't have to go too far to find the best buffet foods.
Perfect place for a conference or holiday. Every room has a view over the Marina and sea. Handy to the Ala Moana Mall. Good house restaurants and infinity pool. The gym is compact but modern equipment. Enjoyed our stay.
Man, what a hotel. We loved our stay here. The staff were always really welcoming. At all hours, and everyone! And they seemed happy. What a great culture. The rooms were really nice and clean and comfortable. We had an ocean view room which was worth it. The pool was excellent and the bar staff were great fun (and good too). An extra extension to the pool had an infinity edge to enjoy your cocktails. The hotel has a gym but also has extra classes like Tai Chi which was different and excellent. The hotel is located a short walk from both Waikiki and also Ala Moana shopping centres. They also have a shuttle bus to both areas if you don't want to walk. But, being situated between the 2 it is a bit out of the noise and bustle of Waikiki so you get to sleep in and relax a better. Highly recommend.
The Prince knows how to handle banquets. I went there for a healthy women event and the food was excellent but more so the service was even better.
Absolutely loved our stay at the Prince Waikiki hotel! We highly recommend staying here for any vacation with hopes for a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. They made it a very memorable experience despite us having an unplanned crisis More
Great Hotel its absolutely beautiful, great view of the city ocean in the distance
Perfect place to get away with your special other half. Staff is great. Location is unbeatable.
You can walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center and the staff can speak Japanese so it's easy
Good location, just across the street from the biggest mall, very convenient
If you are celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a top rated restaurant? This is your place. You will definitely pay for the experience but it's well worth the trip.
We had drinks, the service was amazing, and the view was incredible.
There's construction/renovation going on in the lobby. But the staff were friendly and courteous.
Easy to find parking whether it is valet or paid parking you should not have trouble parking unless it's a well night. The sushi at the restaurant downstairs was really good. Took a little longer than expected to receive food but good none the less. With parties of 3 or more food comes via "train" straight to the side of your table. You order off of an iPad located on your table like at a Genki sushi.
It's just in front of Waikiki, so it's better not to go on Kalakaua Road, so it's a good choice for a car rental golfer.
Ate at Katsumidori, good experience and food but can be really busy at times.
Another feeling new look The park and the shopping center are close and especially quiet,
Amazing place. Nice view and even more amazing roof top pool. Located at walkable distance to beach, moped rental, restaurants, mall and high streets. Best staff and amiable people.
The prime rib buffet is the best. Good food, great service.
Attended a holiday work event at the Hawaii Prince Hotel. The hotel is currently under some renovation, but not to the point it was bothersome. The ballroom was very large and accommodating for our group (not sure the number, but 250+). Buffet was organized well and the food was slightly better than I expected since I tend to think large events will be sub-par level food.
The service was excellent, and the food was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and ready to help/assist if needed.
Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable and our staying was a home away home. Aloha spirits are all over in the hotel. Hopefully visit soon again.
Friday's evenings has been the best, local music and food by the pool. Enjoy the music and fireworks view from poolside.
This hotel very clean and accommodating. I was there for a week for vacation and the staff were very helpful with every need I had. I will be coming back whenever I'm in town.
The outside of the prince hotel is phenomenal and if you're thinking of staying in a hotel I would advise you go to this hotel
The yacht harbor and the sunset seen from all the rooms are wonderful. I just walked to Ala Moana and there is a sushi restaurant on the first floor, so I would recommend it to Hawaii people for the first time.
Housekeeper Josephine is awesome! Very caring service of room.
Great service and awesome views of the bay and ocean
