These guys understand good old fashioned customer service .
I emailed them when a small parcel didn't show up, and with no questions asked, I received a pleasant email apologising, and in the next couple of days I received replacements.
Their stock and choice is extensive, and I can't see why I would shop from anywhere else in future.
