Moronic salesmen call constantly without invitation; they knock on the door and point out that we have new windows. Exactly, so we don't need to waste time talking to them, do we? Cheeky little oik today told me to put a sticker on my door telling him not to call. Why? Just sod off Dunraven and don't come back. You are trespassing.

As the last person says, DO NOT LET THEM IN, despite my mother having dementia they are continuing to ring and harass her to sign for windows she does not need, On the one visit to her house my sister turned up and had to forcefully ask the rude rep to leave after hearing him tell her stories about daughters who wouldn't let their mother have what they needed because they were trying to keep the money for themselves. HE then asked my sister about her husband when she asked him why he stated that he felt sorry for him living with the likes of her, he then sat back down and wouldn't leave until he had finished his cup of tea, The company have continued to ring and the last time i took the call from my mother and asked them not to ring again, gave them the reasons why was assured they would not. But this week i have found they have been back to the house and got my elderly 84 year old mother to sign on the dotted line. I am disgusted with the moral standing of this company.

One of the worst companies out there . They took out perfectly good windows from my elderly mothers home and gave her a "home improvement loan" for 10 years, she will be close to 90 by then. What kind of company does this???? I was unaware of the situation until too late as my mother is so independent. The job ...... well it was bad to say the least... silicone was appalling. They don't seem to have a clue and really don't care about their customers. AVOID.

WARNING we went to dunraven to get a front door and small poach area replaced they came to the house sold us a new poach with sliding door, Architect came talked us through it and we were told the front door would be a bit smaller than what we had and that was a double door that was pretty wide so we gave the go ahead, At no point did anyone say to me sorry mr wheeler the door is not going work it will be to small and you wont be able to get anything in to the house, Now we have had the new door and poach fitted 16/10/2020 and we have a big problem the new door is only 540mm wide and now i cant even get a washing machine through the door and my 77 year mother is struggling to get through it.

I have been looking up the building regulations as i have no idea on building work, the minimum door opening size seems to be 800mm and fire regulation require this for a primary entrance from what i can see, I have rang dunraven about the problem and they don't what to know and told me that's what i ordered, I asked if there can be any adjustment made to the door so it can open wider and i was told no and the only thing i could do was take the door stops off and remove the handle and lock and the door might open a few more centimetres ohh great and now dunraven wont speak to me, So i am left with a door that's a fire hazard that i cant get any white goods in or out of the house and my 77 year old mother is struggling with, Now i have to look into how i am going to replace or fix the promlem and where i am going to get the money from.

I thought i was going with a reputable company that had a good name and paid the extra for peace of mind well all i got was a headache and a lighter wallet thanks.

We recently had an Orangery fitted. We requested a special external colour to match the cladding on our house but it took nearly five months, which in our view was inordinately long. Also negative feedback about one of the admin staff, who spoke quite inappropriately to me over the telephone, which was particularly difficult for me as I had recently been diagnosed with cancer. When I wrote to the CEO complaining I was informed she would receive additional training!!!. Right, that s the negativity over with, we are absolutely delighted with our new building and Gareth and every one of his team who attended during the month-long installation( we hit a few snags with drains etc that couldn t possibly have been foreseen during the surveying) were absolutely brilliant. Very professional, efficient and polite throughout and they certainly knew their stuff. They were fully understanding about how intrusive it can be whilst they are working on your property and were tremendously helpful and nice throughout. We are now the proud owners of a magnificent orangery and it is great when friends visit to see the reaction they have when they look at it with awe.
Thank you Gareth Lewis and all your team for a magnificent job....I would, and do, recommend you to acquaintances, friends and family.
