Welp, another Starbucks review for Google. I never know what I'm supposed to say. I mean, one of the great triumphs of Starbucks is standardization, right? They've got that down for sure. You know what to expect. I like Starbucks, and obviously I go there a lot. I think I stopped into this one to get a pound of ground espresso beans, which were served with efficiency and cheer and were delicious when I got home.

EXTREMELY horrible. Customer service is HORRIBLE, baristas are rude and horrible at making drinks. I ordered a double chocolate chip frap and it s just vanilla bean with chocolate chip (not made correctly.) I ve tried it 3 different times and decided not to go ever again. They are always out of drinks, and over all a horrible starbucks.

Their Service Counter staff that are there to take your Order.. You're Scanned & Judged by the way your Dresses or Looking at that moment ?

The Burlington MA Starbucks location is just plain...

The Burlington MA Starbucks location is just plain bad. I go to a Starbucks everyday and the people in this location are are rude and will not get my drink correct. No foam means no foam. I m sick of telling them. Rude customer service.

This Starbucks still has a clover, which is an amazing coffee experience. Enjoy it now before Starbucks corporate removes it. The baristas are cordial and efficient. Overall a great experience!

I usually order my coffee online and they make it in no time. They always taste great and the baristas are really friendly. The only down side of the store it's a little bit small and the seating is not quite comfortable. They don't have armchairs as some other locations do, but overall I like this place.

So I writing this review becuase I was mistreated ...

So I writing this review becuase I was mistreated at Starbucks. I went into the store and bought a drink and because I'm gold status I can get a refill of tea or coffee for free when I'm in the store. But this location does not approve of this and won't let you get refills unless you buy the a plan coffee or tea. There breaking there own rules dont go to this location.

Had the absolute worst experience here and I work ...

Had the absolute worst experience here and I work in the plaza so this is usually my go to spot never felt so flustered while ordering and to top it off Jess throws my straw. This will be the last time I m ordering from here sadly. Usually the crew is NICE and welcoming so 3 stars.

I still can't figure why I keep coming to this loc...

I still can't figure why I keep coming to this location and subjecting my self to such ridiculous service. Convenient location maybe, or I'm a glutton for punishment.

I've been to Starbucks locations in 5 different states as far as the southwest. But this place by far has the worst collection of misfit woe is me types, with a complete lack work ethic. I feel like I'm waiting in line at dunks.

There is one shining star that works there and she understands what it means to have a job. And appreciate the fact she has one and works very hard and is super friendly like ever other location I've been to.

So my 2 stars are meant one for her and one for the coffee. Don't remember her name but I will edit that later.

I don t normally stop at this Starbucks because it s always slow but today it was just so much closer. I felt so bad for the employees, TWO people working (which seems to be normal for this location on a Saturday according to everyone else waiting). One person making ALLLL the drinks and one ringing people up. The ringer stopped ringing to help make drinks. There were AT LEAST 50 people in there. 23 people in LINE and the rest of us waiting. Mobil orders weren t being done, because they just couldn t keep up, clearly not their fault. They were wonderful and apologetic and exhausted, over worked and I m sure they are not getting paid enough for this. Two women who lo I ordered has been waiting longer than me and I waited 35+ minutes. I got there a few minutes after 10 and just got my drink, 10:43. The women that had Mobil ordered left, never getting their order. When I go to the 2 in Waltham, there is always at least 8 people at the drive through on and 6 people at the regular one. This Burlington mall road is just as busy if not business. Not sure who the owner of this one is but they are clearly not doing a good job because this happens every Saturday, (the very few Saturdays I ve stopped here And the other people I talked with here said it s every Saturday and they feel awful for the employees, so this is a continued problem). I got my drink which was NOT what I ordered but didn t have the heart to complain as everyone else was. The owners need to get more involved... if this Is because they can t hire anyone else or people quit (can t blame them), then the owners themselves should be here whenever there isn t enough employees working. Maybe then they would see how horrible they treat their employees. Very poorly run location. I LOVE Starbucks but I won t go to this one again, ever .... and it s sad because my gym is right next door.

Customer service wasn't friendly and I had order a Carmel macchiato and the outside of the cup has carmel all over. The barista did a very sloppy job that am afraid to drink from the cup just in case it tasted horrible.

If it was possible to give zero Stars I would give...

If it was possible to give zero Stars I would give that as a review for the Mall Road, Burlington, MA. I go to Starbucks at least twice a day. 2nd time at this location. When I add cream to my coffee it turns it luke warm at best. They refuse to reheat it so I was instructed to ask them to hear up the cream. Which I've been dealing with no problem... Until I came to Mall Rd. Because I barely want any water added to my Americano, they usually blessed me with a free extra shot. Not here, and that's fine...I don't want something for nothing. But they insisted on not only charging me all the money for my drink, they also forced me to pay over 3 dollars for my "heated up cream"!!!!!!!!!! It's there idea and they charge me for it?!!!!? And to boot, it's my birthday today. So my bday coffee coast me a total of $9. 47!!!
And it wasn't even very good... Tastes a little stake. Do yourself a HUGE favor and either go to another Starbucks or BETTER YET MAKE A RIGHT TURN AND GO TO ...
"PRESSED CAFE". YOU'LL BE VERY GLAD YOU DID! Customer service out the a**!!!

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. There is a lady (older, asian background) who seems to be in charge and who always appears to take the orders here at this location. This morning (and every other morning I've visited this store), she is simply unfriendly and snappy when taking my orders. She looks at me like taking my order and giving me breakfast is too much effort and beneath her. A younger girl (pink hair, nose ring) who talks a million miles an hour rolls her eyes when I ask her to repeat herself because I can't understand her the first time, then practically snarled, "have a nice day" at me when she dumps my breakfast sandwich and morning bun on the counter in front of me, then turns tail and runs towards the back of the store before I can say "thank you". I walked out of that store so angry I had to come here and say something.

Doable for a quick meeting or a cup of coffee. If the table wobbles. Fix it with one of those drink keeps your fingers from burning off things folded up. Don t let the annoyance ruin your chat with a friend or business partner.

I spend a lot of time and money at Starbucks in general. This is inner omy least favorite locations. It's a busy location usually buy that should not prevent the employees from making you order the way you asked. Anal no excuse to be rude and/or lazy. My most recent trip I asked for 5 shots over ice I emphasized that I want the shots literally poured over a cup fifu of ice, which is their standard procedure and I shouldn't seven have to ask for that. The barista didn't make it that way. I answer her 4 times to remake it and all I got was a blank stare. I was losing patience and in a slight hurry, so I told her that it didn't seem like I have much choice clearly irritated. As I was leaving another barista said that if I wait then she can remake it, this was after I already out cream and sugar. This annoyed me even more because she seemed like she was insinuating that I hadn't already requested a remake 4 time in a row. This type of experience is the norm rather than the exception which is why I prefer to go up ANY other location.

Service is always very nice and they have only messed up my order once. It can be pretty busy in the mornings during the work week and can take awhile to get your order. It also has a decent amount of tables to sit at even though it is a pretty small Starbucks.
