I've been emailing back and forth with Nick and Chelsea since I went under contract for my boat. It rarely took more than a few minutes to get a response except on days when they were on-site doing an install, and even then it was still the same day. I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness and attention to detail they gave me when creating the design. No corners were cut, and the final product speaks for itself. I'd reccomend them to anyone who doesn't have the first idea as to what they want or to someone who is dead set in their ways; you'll be thrilled regardless. I rarely leave reviews, but when the result is somehow even better than the customer service received, honor demands a 5 star review. Thank you!

We had a great experience working with Duke Design Co. Nick and Chelsea responded immediately to our inquiry for changing our boat name and provided us with several font options and styles very quickly. In fact, all email responses were practically immediate. They seemed to know what we were looking for! And we were surprised to get the install done so quickly and at a lower price than we had expected for this service! Can't wait to get the boat out and show it off!
