I would never Recomand this company not even to my enemies. Shit customer service. They will never answer to the phone. They keep saying we will deliver it but once they take the money they don't give a shit... AVOID THIS SHIT COMPANY. BIG SCAMMERS

I had a very disappointing experience. I found SP Audio very unprofessional and a very serious lack of customer service. I paid for a repair kit and the special glue they sent me arrived without a tap and was not fit for purpose. They refused to send me on the glue again even though I sent them photos. I am sorry I bought from them and will never make that mistake again. All above imformation and more is without prejudice.

Zero professionalism, I made a purchase arrives quickly but without an invoice ... I asked for assistance to change it but nothing they answer me to look on the site where nn there are the data I need to evaluate a change ... I mobilize for the return x buy elsewhere, I am asked for another 40 euros x the costs will be collected after 2 weeks! And the refund ??? A month and still nothing! They have the goods 150 euros paid + 40 expenses ... the worst supplier I have ever tried ...
