Loved this dealership and the service department professionalism and accommodations.

After being told to wait 6 weeks for an oil change on my Panigale 1299S by the Ducati dealer in Ossining, I called these guys up on a Thursday and was simply told by their service staff to bring it over when it was convenient for me and gave me immediate dates on which they could do the oil change.

Fast forward 3 days and my bike had the oil changed by Ducati NYC service staff and bike was back in my garage. Glad the dealer I had been using since 2013 did what they did because this instance gave me an opportunity to see how awesome these service guys at Ducati NYC really are first hand. Thank you Ducati NYC and know that I ll be using your dealership for all my future services and purchases.
