As an owner of a Ducati for over 10+ years, I've come to realize that this brand represents a type of lifestyle for individuals who value trust, quality, knowledge and professionalism above all else. At Ducati NYC, the staff never fails to exceed my expectations. I've also had the pleasure of knowing Steve, the owner, for quite some time now and I'm impressed by the way he has led this establishment over the course of several years. Steve assembled a competent crew to provide efficient and personalized service to all customers. Sales manager, Marcos aka Spaniard and service manager Erich are both incredibly knowledgeable in their respective positions along with Caroline, who always has a smile on her face. It's important, however, to give a special shout-out to service advisor, Ashley Z. No matter how seemingly frustrating a situation can be, I can always count on Ashley for her expertise. It is because of her and the rest of the service crew that my 1199 is on point. There are only positive accolades to associate with Ducati NYC and its team, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market.
