Both times DNA has made it their mission to assist me with a few minor issues. One when I bought my Multi with expired warranty and it had a bad fuel sensor. I called and customer service rep gave me a $200 voucher that covered part of the repair. Second is when the lock on the top case fell out. I contacted them and they assisted without hesitation. Great group of people work here who are passionate about their product.
