Initial sale experience was good. After sales service is terrible. Communication is non existent. I had to continuously contact the company for follow up. Emails were not answered. Telephone calls not returned. After weeks of this I dropped of projector for lamp replacement. Very exspensive and filters were not cleaned. Will not be returning for service.

This is an excellent service provider, really not 'typical Dubai (extremely bad) quality.
Firstly, after speaking to them on the phone, I received a quote in about an hour afterwards. Generally in Dubai, you don't hear anything. Ever. So that was awesome!
Secondly, their quote was really competitive, well structured and just as we discussed on the phone.
They said they would come over to install on Monday, 10AM. And you wouldn't imagine, they were there actually at 10AM. On Monday. That's a first time in Dubai, at least for me.
Installation was done in a very professional manner, they installed exactly according to our requirements, tested whether everything functioned and left the office clean and tidy. Only after me and the office manager were left behind in despair, why not every company in Dubai could operate like these guys.
