but issues with the system make it inefficient. After entering my name, email address and phone number to start the chat, I am asked for all these details again by the human attendant.

I had unfortunately very bad experience dealing with this company as i ordered from the a portable projector and emphasised so much on preparing the order from the day after so when my agent comes to pay and pick up its their already. When my agent went to them they said oh wait we didn't prepare the order go pick it up yourself from our store at Bur Dubai which is 50 min dr8ve away or just wait for another hour and half we will have it at the showroom.

I wouldn't advice someone looking for reliable source to deal with this unprofessional business.
