Same situation for me. After buying products from Dubai Machines, they still made me pay a high cost for the setup of my projector. The projector was placed in an area that didn't work in the end-leaving four gaping holes in my ceiling I need to fix. The "wireless approach" with the white strips (this means behind the walls in the US) -fell off my walls in 3 days. To add insult to injury, aside from the asthethics, my projector itself does not work. So I feel robbed of 700 aed. I normally would like to settle this between the store and me without making a public complaint. But the same-I can't seem to get anyone to respond-after dealing with many empty promises.

Sonia is having a good knowledge of the product that she is having, she is Quick in response, it was great to interact with Her.

Ordered a Sonos Arc on the 11th of September and still not delivered . They constantly lie about delivery dates.

I ve been given four different delivery dates another one meant to be delivered today. They never update you. You have to constantly chase them.

The are full of promises and they do not deliver.

I ordered a white one and then told me I was getting a black one.

Then told me to check the terms and conditions for delivery which only says pandemic can cause delays then got annoyed with me for questioning the delays.

To be clear, I ve been given 4 separate delivery dates and have arranged people to be at my home to receive them and no one turned up or updated me.

No customer service whatsoever.

Still waiting for a refund and it s now been over a month since they ve failed to deliver the order.

They say it s takes 3 working days, they do not response to emails on refunds.

Steer clear of these guys people. They are not a professional company to deal with whatsoever.

All they want is your money, they do not have these items in stock and then blame logistics for delays and Covid.

I'm writing this review only based on a communication with the Live Chat Support. Sonia, one their chat representatives, was both kind and responsible enough to help me find what I need. I hope the rest of the buying process is convenient as well.

I wish i could give negative stars. I rarely give a negative review. I ordered a webcam after confirming the same from their sales team. They could not deliver it for 2 weeks even after receiving the money. I asked for refund which they were in no mood to give back. I had to make atleast 20 calls over a period of 6 weeks before the money was put in an ATM after deducting 20 Dhs for which I have no idea why????
DO NOT USE THEM. No customer care. All the time telling lies!
