Hope when there are on line Sales Rep they can immediately reply on the inquiry. Their reply to send email is like no on line at all. As email is already in the website. So definitely, if there are no on line rep , then email is only the option. Then make the reply fast.

Rating highest for incredible service provided by Mr.Feroz I was looking for a desktop and I had no idea to buy which brand and series. He recommended me Dell Optiplex 7050 Micro. Delivery was next day and I'm happy with machine. Will recommend to all and definitely buy other items again.

The service was good only was taken aback by your demand for cash payment on amounts above 1000 AED. You need to be accepting current dated cheques for they are as good as cash and safe to handle especially when there is going to be too many personnel handling the job.

I have contacted Ms. Sasha for a product query & I am very satisfied on her. She is very professional.

Placed an order for a projector, and had to pay full amount in advance. As per the invoice the delivery will take 7-10 days.. as per their sales person, 5-6 days..

I asked for a tracking number and they kept stalling, they only provided it on the 15th day of the order..

It s been 3 weeks now and I got no answer.. and whenever I call the customer service asking for management they answer that they are in a meeting.. a meeting that s been for more than 4 hours..
no projector nor a refund so far..

The Customer Care Sonia was very supportive and very quick with her reverts. Also ordered Sonos arc through them. Delivered before the date they promised. Dealing with Mohsin was very easy, always available on phone and give regular updates. It's very helpful to be in touch someone who doesn't take ages to revert and knows about the product.
