Terrible customer service.

I had ordered a projector which was meant to be delivered the next day. I gave them one more day to deliver and said if they couldn t deliver then they could just refund my money. They never did, after ignoring me for 2 weeks they informed me the item was ready to be collected or delivered. I reminded them that I wanted a refund, and they made me wait 3 months in order to pay me back in 3 instalments!!! And after all that, still with 312 dirhams missing. And till now, another month later, without ANY explanation.

It was pleasant experience to chat with Miss Mariam regarding Fluke analyzer.

Customer Support is Amazing especially one Lady Called Sasha.

very bad costumer service, horrible very horrible.
i don't recommend any one buying anything form this company, I ordered sonos speakers paid 8786.40 AED on may 3rd and i got wrong items, they came to take it on the 18th and not bring the right order, i asked so many times for it to be replaced but they told me because i opened the box i cant have the speakers i ordered, when i asked for refund they said no that's not an option, today is 02/06/2020 and still i don't have the speakers or my 8000 back !!!
what do you think of that?

Lets just wait for the delivery to see if DubaiMachines itself deserves a good review. UPDATE: The delivery was less than desirable, first they told me delivery in 3 days only to receive in 9 days.
Room for improvement is there.

purchased dm contactless digital thermometer from dubaimachines. everything from my chat experience to delivery was impressive. i would recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! The sales team is a shambles! Totally unprofessional preferring to message their clients on whatsapp calling me "bro" and using profanities.

My projector broke whilst under warranty, and when I contacted them to send a technician they refused, and I was told to buy a new lamp otherwise they would not send someone out to collect the projector. After I paid 1200 dirhams they finally came to collect my projector only to tell me that the lamp was not the issue.

I have been told that it has been fixed but whenever I call I get told they would get back to me ( happened more than 7 times ) but nobody does. And when they do it's when the delivery man is at your door after you explicitly told them you are away that day.
