Initial sale experience was good. After sales service is terrible. Communication is non existent. I had to continuously contact the company for follow up. Emails were not answered. Telephone calls not returned. After weeks of this I dropped of projector for lamp replacement. Very exspensive and filters were not cleaned. Will not be returning for service.
