This is a fraud company... They ask for money in advance and never deliver the product... I have evidence to claim for my statement. Kindly refrain yourself from doing business or buying products from them. We need to work together to shut down companies like this. I also do believe that most reviews are made by the company professionals itself. Even after the response reply, I stand by my review and give you 100% guarantee that I was cheated by the company and lost my customer trusting their delivery for 4 months after the scheduled time that was promised first.

I had purchased four Panasonic Toughbook (CF-19) model and our operating software requirement was Windows 7 32-bit. Mr. Zohaib Ali, branch manager, was very helpful in providing me with all details and models available to meet my requirement. He dealt in a very professional manner and responded to all my concerns and requests swiftly. It was an international transfer from Dubai to Qatar and the item reached within 4 days with all of the shipment handled by Mr. Zohaib Ali. The item delivered were brand new and in good condition. I am very fortunate to deal with him and his company and am looking for a healthy relationship in the future.

With All the respect to all the previous comments , I have experienced the worst customer service and I really mean worst either from the Sales Person Fareed to his sales manager Mohsin. Both have no idea about customer service handling. I ordered an item , they bring it very late and wrong then they promised to bring the new one, waited again for over 1 month again and only promises. After 3 months now their only action is that to refund the money....!!!! even that since 2 weeks ago and they didn't do till now . Everything mentioned above is documented by emails.

Dosent seem like they sell original products. Bought two projector lamps and it died with moderate usage in about 100 days. They claim it is original but its so obvious.
