If I could give 0 stars I would!! The sales team is a shambles! Totally unprofessional preferring to message their clients on whatsapp calling me "bro" and using profanities.

My projector broke whilst under warranty, and when I contacted them to send a technician they refused, and I was told to buy a new lamp otherwise they would not send someone out to collect the projector. After I paid 1200 dirhams they finally came to collect my projector only to tell me that the lamp was not the issue.

I have been told that it has been fixed but whenever I call I get told they would get back to me ( happened more than 7 times ) but nobody does. And when they do it's when the delivery man is at your door after you explicitly told them you are away that day.
