I heard from my friends that DMax Co is well known for its products and services, but for a small enquiry regarding Job there was no reply from the HR Dept Head Ms. Aruna even after calling her many times and sent email as well and moreover I texted completely to the MD WhatsApp number even then there was no response at all. The reason to give not good because if I would joined D Max group as an employee if I would fail to give the best service to the customers because this is what I faced in the first step itself, as we generally know that first impression is the best impression. If the particular Dept is failed to respond for a job enquiry then how about the customers will get a satisfactory service.
