I'm quite happy with DS Max, the reasons are

I'm quite happy with DS Max, the reasons are

1. Delivered flat 6 months before the actual deadline (Generally there'll be additional 6 months they can take for unforseen delays..If I include that they gave me my flat one year in advance)
2. Though initially i had some differences with the CRM team, but later they really responded well for all my modification requests, different requests related to the block work, lifts, amenties etc and delivered before time
3. Site Engineers responded very well and resolved all the requests/issues brought to their notice
4. Maintenance of amenities like swimming pool, children park, open gym etc. Quite good
5. Security services in general is good
6. Maintenance services so far so good

In general, my experience with DS Max is good so far and I wish it continues
