Love all Drurys, but the staff here were particularly friendly! Some food items could be better and the facilities looked a bit older than others. Really nice, clean and comfy room! Thankful for the surprise upgrade to upper floor suite! Great sray!

WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE THIS HOTEL A GREAT REVIEW AT FIRST, BUT THOUGHT I SHOULD WAIT UNTIL I WAS COMPLETELY CHECKED OUT BEFORE I DID ANYTHING. I HADN'T REALLY SLEPT IN A DAY AND A HALF AND NOISY GUEST IN THE LOBBY AND CARS WITH LOUD MUFFLERS PASSING BY WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL. I SLEPT A FEW HOURS AND LOOKED AT EVERYTHING DIFFERENTLY. SO HERE IS HOW IT WENT....
NORMALLY CHECK IN IS AT 3PM, BUT WE ARRIVED IN TOWN AT 7AM AND THE HOTEL HAD AN OPEN ROOM AND ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN EARLY -AT NO EXTRA CHARGE-. WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE THEIR FREE BREAKFAST WHICH CONSISTED OF EGGS, POTATOS, SAUSAGE, BISCUITS AND GRAVY, WAFFLES, CEREAL, DOUGHNUTS, ETC.. WE THEN WENT TO SLEEP A FEW HRS WHICH BEGAN ABOUT 9:30AM. SO THIS WAS WHEN THE NOISE OCCURRED. PEOPLE WERE CHECKING OUT AND CITY LIFE WAS STARTING - NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT. AFTER GETTING BACK FROM GRACELAND AROUND 5PM...ISH, WE WERE ABLE TO EAT THEIR FREE DINNER WHICH CONSISTED OF PASTA ALFREDO, SALAD, BAKED POTATO, HOT DOGS, NACHOS AND SOME BOMB CHILI (THAT COULD ALSO BE USED FOR THE HOT DOGS AND NACHOS). ALSO, FOR ADULT PLEASURE, YOU ARE GIVEN A CARD FOR THREE FREE DRINKS WHETHER IT MAY BE BEER OR LIQUOR. THE ENTIRE STAY WAS GREAT, BUT THE BEST PART WAS THE STAFF. EVERY MEMBER OF THE STAFF ENGAGED MYSELF AT SOME POINT AND WERE VERY ENGAGING WITH THE OTHER GUEST. IT WAS GOOD TO SEE.
I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF I'M EVER IN THIS AREA AGAIN.

I hosted my Hobbs family reunion this year in Mississippi. Wanted everyone from other States to enjoy and have a really sensational weekend. I researched many fine hotels in Southaven and all were good places but none felt right. When I decided to check out Drury, I knew this was the place. Right off I55/69, very visible. But what really impressed me were the 2 dining options included with your stay. A wide selection for unlimited Hot breakfast, coffee, juices and sodas but they offer an evening experience called "Kickback" which is a hot snack (I call it a meal) of items served from 4:30-7pm which included 3 drinks from the bar (with a special room ticket and id of your age) as well as non alcohol beverages. We were there Friday and Saturday so our kickback was Mexican.... DELISH. Free popcorn was also available throughout the day. Non guest can enjoy either meal for a nominal fee. Also a swimming pool that gave you the option to swim in doors or go through to the outside without leaving the pool, business center, coined laundry, fitness center, free wifi, Phew! The rooms were all cleaned and well maintained. Each staff always greeted us with a smile and many with a short conversation . This hotel is so wonderful. People are very friendly service is great. Dinner and drink is included with your stay. I give this a great high rating and suggest you try it. You will not be disappointed

My visit at Drury Inn was pleasant up until checkout time. I was charged an additional clean up fee due to garbage being in the room which happened to be bagged up and for pool towels being on the floor in the room. I m not sure if housekeeping isn t expected to clean but anywhere else I ve stayed cleaning up is what a house keeper does.
Love the beds!!! I'll drive out of my way to stay in a Drury Inn. The front desk and cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful. When we had trouble with the a/c the maintenance staff and management worked hard to make sure we had a good stay.

Just needed quick overnight accommodations for my daughter's cheer competiton. Location was very convenient. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This was the second time we have stayed here for cheer competitions. We plan on coming back.

The cost is too much for the hotel. The rooms designated as suites do not meet the criteria. Bathrooms are too small, computer area is in a breeze way, lobby for check-in is not a good layout and eating area should be a cafeteria.

I enjoyed my stay here, very nice people the happy hour was unexpected, very nice, food was good, and rooms were clean I liked the soap dispenser in the tub. Having never stayed at a Drury Inn I would reccomend them.
It is a fine hotel but does not handle a lot of people very well. Breakfast was always chaotic as was the evening happy hour.

Rooms were updated and clean. The pool was much smaller than expected and the front desk was in an akward area/angle so it felt really crowded even though it wasn't. Hard to pass with luggage if someone was checking in, not a big deal though. Staff was friendly.
I have always been satisfied with this hotel. We always stay in the hotel near the St. Louis Airport. Very good service.
The room and breakfast were perfect. The hotel is undergoing a massive renovation so the pool and hotub were closed. I wish they had reported that to the booking site we used because they were the main reason we booked there. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars
Generous amenities, good location, Kickback for those 21 & older. Drury has a standard that's hard to pass up in those price range.

Love Drury Inn. This location was clean, staff was friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool was a nice size. The hit tub perfect for easing those long miles of driving.
Even with the current situation Drury Inn is fantastic. This location has exceptional staff. The breakfast and nightly dinner was very good and served up take-out style which covered the social distancing requirement and still allowed a hot meal.

The hotel was great! But most of all the staff made it a amazing stay. They were very warm and welcoming on Christmas and I couldn t of asked for better service. My room 304 was clean and comfortable. The staff I got the change to get the names of were Tamika at the front desk, and the Dinner/Bar server Chance! I hope they get the recognition they deserve because as a former hotel worker I know how difficult the job can be and to be positive on top of the work load is a feat. Thank you!
Nice sized rooms and everything was clean. The only problem was that the toilet was not set properly and the door rubbed against it when it was opened and closed.
One of Drury's best and we have stayed in a lot. Easy on and off from I55 Pet friendly and a helpful staff.

We normally love Drury Inn, this one the room we were in wasn't up to par. In the room the folding closet doors had glass on them and had dirty hand prints all over it. In the bathroom there was no kleenex in the dispenser. Those things

This hotel was great especially compared to neighboring hotels. It was clean and family/kid friendly. I love that they offered free hot breakfast. As well as they offered a happy hour that had free food/appetizers & alcoholic beverages for the adults. My family & I (5) stayed 3 nights. We enjoyed the pool, workout gym & also used the workstation for scanning. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we noticed ants near the window of the bedroom each day. They weren t anywhere else in the room only near the bedroom window. Other than that, this hotel & our stay was great!
Good location for our southeast to midwest travel. "Free" evening dinner is disappointing and unhealthy. "Free" breakfast is pretty good. The $35 pet fee is becoming exorbitant.
Super nice and helpful staff from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Updated modern rooms with high end finishes. Free hot breakfast kept fresh the entire time. Great Rate for the quality of service you get. I would definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend nobody to stay here. The room was half clean. There was Congrats Balloons left in the room when I checked in from a previous guest stay. They tried to blame it on us and say that we were having a party. They have very rude employees that I do not believe belong in customer service. They try to get the incident fee from things that has nothing to do with the current guest. Please tell housekeeping to clean the room to the top service expectations if they want to change cards for the additional fee.
The Southaven Mississippi location has a very rude night attendant. She lacks customer service skills and she contradicts herself a lot.

Got there Christmas morning after a lot of traveling. Ended up being treated very well by their staff and food was very good. Pool is nice with the indoor/outdoor pool. Highly recommend it, we always stop by when we come through!

Even though there was construction work going on at the hotel, it was still the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The hotel served dinner which was included in the price of your stay! Wow, never had that happen before. It was really great. I can't wait to see how it is with no construction work and the pool open.
