I would not recommend nobody to stay here. The room was half clean. There was Congrats Balloons left in the room when I checked in from a previous guest stay. They tried to blame it on us and say that we were having a party. They have very rude employees that I do not believe belong in customer service. They try to get the incident fee from things that has nothing to do with the current guest. Please tell housekeeping to clean the room to the top service expectations if they want to change cards for the additional fee.
