While it is about a fifteen minute drive into Memphis, we enjoyed staying at this location. It's safe, free parking, and the staff were very friendly. Hot breakfast and snacks and drinks are included in price. Bonus: the coffee was actually good!

First off I travel a lot for work we try and ask for the Drury when we come to Memphis. By far hands down one of the best run hotels. The staff treat you like family. I have to disagree with many of the negative comments. I tend to people watch and see many of the situations from the outside. Yes it can be crowded but so can many others, that just means people love staying here! I've stayed here 5 nights a week for several months and never found a negative.

Staff was nice and courteous and all areas of the hotel were neat and clean! With the current situation, the breakfast bar was isolated and well tended by a hotel employee who donned gloves and a mask & provided not only the items I requested, but condiments that I didn t think to include in my order.

I always stay here when on business or vacation. It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. The rooms are well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and pillows plus a desk, "office" style chair and regular living room type chair. Each room also has a full length mirror, cloths iron, mini fridge and microwave and a small coffee maker. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need.
One of the best things about Drury is the "5:30 Kickback" where each guest can get up to 3 complementary drinks including mixed drinks, wine or beer. They also serve food of some type like spaghetti or tacos and it rotates each night. Popcorn, coffee and fountain drinks are free until 10.
Again, this is a really great hotel that is nice, clean and welcoming. They try to make sure that each guest has a good stay.

The hotel was quite crowded and elevator space was hard to come by, but the evening drinks and snacks were a nice addition to our stay. The rooms were clean, and the bed comfortable. Location next to the freeway makes the hotel convenient for access when driving long distance. Front desk staff seems overwhelmed, and the location of the front desk is poorly planned; the desk is immediately within the front door and makes it difficult to bring in bags when there's a line at the desk. The TV in our room had such poor quality of picture that we joked that it was like watching TV in the 90's. The room air was easily adjustable and the bed was comfortable, although too bouncy. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Outside of building dated. One of the elevators did work. The one that did work was slow, took 5 seconds at each floor to slow down and stop for some reason. It was glass on 2 sides so you could see you were at the floor, but barely moving into place. But rooms were very nice and only 20 minutes from Beale Street. Lots of people were utilizing the food acclimation at the room, however I didn't have time to because I was going to the Grizzlies game.

Provided dinner and breakfast are wonderful since you don't have to make further plans or trips, and the rooms have a mini fridge for storing food/drinks overnight. Indoor/outdoor pool is fun, and the staff are courteous and helpful.

Great place. The kids loved the free pop and popcorn and the pool was cool because you were able to go under the wall to the outside. The young gal at the front desk was amazing. We were just passing through.

Very accommodating, bed was comfortable, very quiet during the night. Provided food was alright (I say this in comparison to Drury South in St. Louis, MO.) that place in St. Louis had a tad more attention and love into the meal preparation. We will definitely be putting this Drury on our list of stay back To's.

Horrible experience! The room was dirty and smelly. We asked for a another room which was no better. We ended up with bug bites with my son having multiple bites and severe reactions. I've had good experience in other drury's, but this Memphis Drury is a sham! It ought to be shut down because you can't take peoples money and make them sick. It's unfair! Be warned!

When I made my reservation over the phone, I was glad to speak to someone like Erica. She was very professional and helpful! Great staff, clean rooms and overall comfortable. We usually stay with Holiday Inn, but we will definitely come back to this hotel when we're in TN/MS area.

Love the Drury Inn! Great food selection, drinks, and comfortable beds. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating to first timers in the area. Location is nice, just about 10 minutes outside of Memphis. Would recommend to those traveling down that way.

The management was terrible. The manager on duty name was Josh. He has the worst attitude any human being can have. This guy does not know how to correspond with customers or his staff. I checked in on Friday, Oct. 27th, the kick back was horrible. Saturday morning, I went down for breakfast, it was horrible as well. I didn't bother to go back the rest of my stay. I'm a business owner, therefore I understand customers can make or break your business. From a professional and personal view, I will advise my staff, family, friends, and business partners NEVER to patronize this location as long as Josh is a manager their.

Great as usual. I love the Drury. This Drury is smaller than some of them but thst didn't take away from the visit. The staff was great as usual. This was my 19th Drury on my.way to all 125.

Be carefulgetting in. If you get off I55 onto the wrong road, you will have to turn around. We had to in the Kroger parking lot.

This hotel is the best kept secret. Location right off the interstate. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Front desk reps exemplified superior customer service. Free full breakfast is normally what we expect, but to my surprise there was also free dinner. That was the icing on the cake. The indoor pool and jacuzzi allowed us time to enjoy, since it was a rainy day off and on. I would highly recommend this hotel and will plan my next stay at a Drury Inn and Suites.

Great rooms and very nice staff. They have a wonderful complimentary breakfast bar and the rooms are very quiet. Typically I look for a Drury Inn when I travel- they are reliably high quality and have rooms that are a step above Hampton, Hilton, or Renaissance. This Drury is very clean and smells nice. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

I stayed there last weekend. Great motel. Tameka and Chance at the desk were great. They will help you have a great visit in Memphis, and give you something to laugh about!
The only draw back was people
smoking near the kids in the pool area outside in the patio. The staff is always busy so it is understandable that this can happen.
Will go back again. We love the Drury brand.

I love this place! You can't beat the price and with a Continental breakfast and full dinner + drinks included it's a no-brainer. I've stayed here twice and every time the staff have been courteous, friendly, fun, and genuinely happy to do their jobs. The bartenders during dinner have fun and help you pick a drink (they make a mean vodka sunrise). The dinner is a delicious, real meal. Both times I was there they had taco night, but also offer salads, baked potatoes, fountain drinks, and hot dogs. If you're looking for a place to stay near Memphis, this is the hot spot to be!

The room was very clean. The hot tub and pool area is nice, the family really enjoyed it. The evening food was only average though, and most was gone by 6:30pm even though it was supposed to be until 7pm, which accounts for 4 star instead of 5.
