Drury Inn & Suites-Horn Lake Review

Have stayed here 3 times ..Always quick to serve and provide whatever you want.

I have been coming to Drury for over 10 years and I love this hotel. Rarely am I dissatisfied with any of their services. Always a friendly staff and the rooms are just excellent. Even in their renovation, they were very attentive and accommodating.

If I could give this experience a zero I would. This was probably the most unpleasant hotel experience ever. How this hotel gets the rating they do I have no idea. I booked prior to arriving. Advised there were 3 people in my party and they put me in a King Suite one bed with a with a pullout sofa. Went downstairs to see if I could get a different room with at least two beds and they were all booked up. Nina was the rudest most unpleasant person ever. She said I am gonna check your room later how long have you been here. Can't you look up my check in time. She made me feel as thoughhough I was burdening her.. I understand policies but I was the one paying and inconvenienced by having to find another hotel.No apologies Advice to Drury is send your staff to customer service training. Also dont call yourself a pet friendly hotel if your dog cant bark.

Went on a work trip and couldn't have been happier. Clean room. Updated and modern look. The breakfast is really good.

This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn and Suites. I must say I was truly impressed. Real friendly staff. Great rooms. When I checked i missed the 5:30pm Kickback. Which is free food and drinks. But this is the 1st time I've ever heard of a hotel doing this. When I got up in the morning, the breakfast was awesome. All together this is a must stay. Plus there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance or a short uber ride.

Upgraded to a king suite. Bedroom has a door. Living area queen size pullout. Nice free breakfast. Relax time has 3 free drinks and food for free. Pool was to cold for us. Staff was outstanding. Hotel and room was clean.

Rooms seem recently updated and were very clean. Great location right off the freeway and close to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to downtown. Nice breakfast and happy hour.

Had a great experience here. First time in Memphis and everybody was really kind and helpful. I needed a different room that was much quieter and they were happy to accommodate. All around, great experience and I will be back.

For the price the hotel was great. Very clean and smelled pleseant which is a plus with pet friendly places. The breakfast was actually appetizing and was open later than most hotel breakfasts.

Clean rooms the staff is delightful. Always a great stay. Lots of good places to eat close by. Hot breakfast , good coffee. At 5 o'clock three free drinks, food bar.

Omg this place was great. The rooms were immaculate, and the front desk was helpful and very friendly. They give free breakfast, dinner and free drinks. I even got an late check out at 2pm!!!

Love Drury. Reasonable and you get to meals and two free drinks with your evening meal

Really clean updated rooms. Stay here semi regularly for work and have no qualms about it. Have never had an issue staying here. Also lots of good food and shopping within walking distance if needed.

Newly renovated rooms. Never go wrong staying at a Drury inn
