Clean, quiet, great place to get a good night's sleep!

Very nice spacious rooms,bathroom, hot tub, pool, breakfast and dinner.

The staff is very friendly, its rooms very comfortable, indoor pool and not covered free breakfast to everyone's taste, easy parking at your disposal. Animate to spend an unforgettable moment with your loved ones.

Friendly staff and the rooms were clean. Breakfast, popcorn/sodas and the 5:30 dinner kickbacks were good.

Room was clean, they just replaced alot of the items, carpets,etc. Just whished they had said pool was closed.

my wife was heavily discriminated against at this hotel for employment its a nice hotel but when it comes to hiring apparently the very unprofessional manager (probably 45+ in age with dreadlocks) is very discriminative

It was a really nice hotel. We were just stopping for the night as we traveled to Kentucky, but it was the perfect place to stop. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. We're already making plans to stay here again on future trips.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and overall it was a great stay.

We are currently staying here over night...came from visiting Graceland and are heading back home to Florida and this was a last minute reservation this afternoon and it was the best choice...the room is clean and big..beds are super comfy..the room smells good..the shower is nice..staff is really friendly...
Only thing I was disappointed about was that I couldn't get to use the hot tub to relax..Everytime I checked there was always the same people in it and it was like this up till pool closing time
But nonetheless I will stay at any Drury Inns and Suites again anywhere our travels take us in the future.

The comped meals and evening drinks were an extreme added bonus, and delicious as well. We received great service and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend as a family friendly stay

So, I travel for work, and pass through Memphis frequently with just no time for relaxing or sightseeing, but this Drury is great for me. I can always count on the highest quality from Drury. They are internally driven and trained by their own specialists and guarantee 100% satisfaction. I can skip going out in rush hour to eat because they serve a hot meal every night at 5:30. And then free soda and popcorn till late for watching movies in your room. Clean rooms, modern building, and friendliest staff anywhere. I recommend this Drury.

Really great and clean hotel with the nicest people

Drury Inns in Southaven really met our needs 3 weeks ago when me and 2 overworked and underpaid girlfrirends got away from our stressers for the weekend.
One friends' sister paid for the motel room for us for 2 nights knowing none of us 3 could afford it. We had to be very frugal for meals and were delighted to find that the motel not only served a breakfast with the room rental fee they also provided an evening meal complete with 2 alcoholic drinks if you desired. Popcorn and soda was also available until 10pm. This allowed us to go to Arbys once and The House of Pancakes once and a speciality Cookie Shop without guilt.
The motel employees were so nice and took care of business with a smile. They were knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area.
Motel is conveniently located within sight from I-55. Rooms are clean and well supplied. Nice, secure locks. All rooms are inside and EVERY outside door is locked and you must have a room key to enter.

No vending machines only downside to this location. If you want snacks or anything to drink better bring it with you stop at a store across the street before you get there. Other than that as usual it's a Drury, that said best hotel chain in America.

We spoke to the front desk about our door being left ajar after we left, the manager did a key card audit to show all swipes made by card holders in a certain length of time. Well let me tell you this 3 of our key card swipes were not on the audit. Also I took a picture to show how the door looked when we got back, and was told that it was easy for the lock to come out and keep door from fully closing. I tried the door before we left to make sure it was closed so that was a bold face lie.

Very nice and clean, buffet was eh but hey free food.

Best sleep ever in a hotel, rooms were clean, service was friendly, professional, and efficient. Also breakfast was great.

Waited 15 to 20 mins in the hallway to get checked in trying to get someone to the counter. Then during the wait in the hallway I got ate up by mosquitoes. So i was very upset. Started to leave and get a hotel somewhere else. But there where no more suites available anywhere else. The guy at the front counter didn't make it any better either. Highly pissed me off. The room was ok. Better than what I expected. But after that we left and came back the guy was generous offered us breakfast. Guess he was in a bad mood earlier. But there was already a bad taste in my mouth from the encounter earlier. With that being sad. I give him A for effort, trying to correct the problem. But I won't stay there again since I had got biten by all the mosquitoes trying to check in and the long wait that I had. But don't get me wrong. Other then that the room was perfect.

Drury for LIFE! (Still dont like the name...ha ha)

We had just drove 700 miles and on a referral from a family member, we thought we would stay the night at a Drury Inn. Well, it was great, I usually don't sleep well when not in my own bed;but here was the best sleep I had in a while. Thumbs up, wish I knew what mattress that was. Awesome showers, everything was great.

The lobby seemed odly busy the whole time. The pool is great but too much clorine. Clean place with nice staff.

The staff was extremely friendly. We were checked in and out without any issues. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was hot and fresh. I was surprised by the quality of everything since the stay was so inexpensive.

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds, service was exceptional and the room was clean.

They're very detailed and profound. I've never had any problems at the drury especially this one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep your best interest at heart. They genuinely care about the guests

We had a great time when we stayed at this Motel accommodated my wife who is in a wheelchair I dropped the bed to the floor so she can get in it. It seems right the drinks to be a little bit bigger cups. But overall everything was awesome we had a great time the week we was there. The rooms was very clean they had wildfire they have phone service they had swimming pool and spa exercise room. And everything that you read or any restaurant you like to eat at walking distance they was all in the area. They have a Great Buffet right across the street awesome Buffet

Always like staying here. The stay wasn't as good as usual because of this whole covid lie but they did a good job of trying to make you feel welcome still.

Outstanding services. Rooms were very clean. Social hour is worth attending. Could have more of a variety of food throughout the week but everything was made fresh. Everything you could want to eat is within 2 miles. I highly recommend!

Too busy. Loud a lot of kids running the hallway. Normally Drury Inn is the best but not this one..

We stay at a lot of Drury hotels and we ve never been disappointed. This hotel was no different, the staff was great, the room spacious and clean and shower was clean (which is the first thing I check). The bed and linens were clean and oh so very comfortable. It was pet friendly as well. Great choice!

I always try to stay at a Drury. They have the best staff and clean rooms. This one needs a review. The staff was full of excuses, not friendly, and the cleanliness was not up to par.
The housekeeper with a red braid was the only happy face with a kind word for all the guest. The other problem is getting into this hotel. Exiting off the ramp, fight for the far left lane otherwise you can not turn left at the light which is past the hotel.(there is a dip with a concrete roadbump separating the lanes) Once you turn left, then drive past the Hardee's to an access drive with the smallest sign ever. None of this is mentioned on the reservation confirmation. Needs to be printed in bold letters!

Excellent hotel. Our second time staying here. Clean, comfortable, and the hotel staff is great. Helped us with a booking error and got it all straightened out for us! Will be staying here again.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is real good, and it's easy access from the interstate

We reserved 2 rooms for 1 night, 7/13/19, for my daughter's 11th birthday 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived I was told that I was misinformed that we did not have 2 adjoining rooms. Keep in mind there are six 11 to 13 year old girls. So for obvious reasons we NEEDED adjoining rooms. So then she tells us we will be 5 rooms down from each other. I explained again why we were here, and she "amazingly" found rooms across from each other. So my husband and I agreed this would work. So I swiped my card for $397.00. I asked if the kickback, serving hot food, was served until gone or all the way til 7:30. She said till 7:30, and I said well that's good bc I'll probably have a hard time getting the girls out of the pool. She looks up at me and said, oh ma'am our pool is currently closed! I said WHAT? She said yes ma'am we couldn't see the drain , so it's closed. I said well that would have been nice to know before I paid almost $400. I once again explained the sole purpose was to swim and stay the night together. She tried to convince me that it could be opened in as soon as 2 hrs. I said you know what my husband is a pool guy, I'll just let him handle this nonsense. Needless to say we left, got our full refund. We came to Hampton Inn in Hernando for about $20 less and have had wonderful service. NEVER AGAIN DRURY INN. FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE!

The rooms are nice, the sink being seperate from the shower and toilet was nice! Pool was a good size, workout room was nice but could be larger. Friendly staff and good breakfast!
