I was on the phone with a doctor within 5 minutes of signing up on their website for an appointment. I was called by Dr. Nguyen and was given the most respectful and kind care. He listened to my complaint of a sore throat and was able to view the picture of my tonsils that I uploaded to their website. Within minutes I had a prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy. This entire process took about 15 minutes. And if that wasn t astonishing enough, when I had a question regarding my medication late at night, I emailed the support team and was given a text response in minutes. I m amazed by this service and very, very grateful. I signed up as a member and am at peace of mind knowing I have access to such a great team of doctors willing to help me should I ever need it.
