This service is beyond amazing. At first I was skeptical because it sounded too good to be true. IT'S NOT! I came down with an ear infection and it has been the absolute worst pain in my life. Worse than almost breaking my knee. I logged in and made and appointment. I cancelled it at first thinking I was being dramatic. I wasn't penalized for cancelling. When I made my next appointment (after wanting to cut my ear off) I was put in contact with Dr. Maze. Even though it was just a phone call, I could tell this person genuinely cared about my wellness. I had my first Rx called into my local pharmacy. When the pain increased, I reached out and they quickly sent in a stronger Rx. I'm finally feeling relief. This has been a true life saver. I'm between jobs and can't afford too much. The consultation was a flat $35 even though I needed a stronger Rx and had to reach back out. They also take insurance and can provide work notes. I will 100% be using this service again, even when my insurance is reinstated. THANK YOU DRSAYS! I'm beyond grateful and my ear is finally getting better.
