I needed antibiotics but did not want to sit with other sickies in the waiting room. I took and chance and used Dr. Says services. Dr. Jennifer Larson was on-time, professional, educational and so helpful overall. I was skeptical at first of an online, over the phone Dr. but willing to take the risk so I did not have to leave the house, unless it was picking up my medication. The Dr. took the time to answer my questions and still make me feel all primary care providerish with her individual attention. My medication was ready on time and the whole process was seamless. Encourage people to use this regularly.
