The computer back-up was done very well. There was a live person that actually answered the phone--a plus! The price was a little higher than I would have liked, but I needed my back-up so I paid it. They were able to help me remotely with getting my bookmarked "favorites" to show up again. Very professional, trustworthy group. The turn-around time was good. I would highly recommend them!

Who knew that if your hard drive crashed there is a company who can recover the data for you!! I was able to recover about 75% of the original data myself but that other 25% of lost data was the files for my boss / owner of the company. That meant they were extremely important and invaluable information to our company. DriveSavers absolutely saved my life. I had a 6TB hard drive that became too old to function with 14 years worth of client work on it my entire career and livelihood and DriveSavers recovered 100% of my files, which ended up being around 5.58TB worth of files and folders completely intact as I left it.

I must say that I didn't like that pricey price tag on my recovery at first, but I am satisfied with the results. They were able to recover all of my data (minus the programs) from my severely damaged hybrid drive. Therefore, for all the reasons above, I would recommend them to anybody that needs their data recovered.
Followed up with me, even when I was unable to mail my drive in right away. They always warned me before calling, so I had enough time to stop what I was doing and give them my full attention. Communication was candid, and transparent. It also helped that they achieved a full recovery in less than one month.
