The computer back-up was done very well. There was a live person that actually answered the phone--a plus! The price was a little higher than I would have liked, but I needed my back-up so I paid it. They were able to help me remotely with getting my bookmarked "favorites" to show up again. Very professional, trustworthy group. The turn-around time was good. I would highly recommend them!
