Nick Wright, and Michael Wilson, and Dan Gassler responded to our call for help when we discovered a leak under the house. All three were very professional and courteous and explained exactly what the situation was. However, we were disappointed that some of our laminate kitchen flooring was broken out and removed without our being told beforehand, and the back of our cabinet was punched out as well. It is fortunate that we had more laminate on hand; otherwise, we would have had to spend thousands on replacing all the floor. We used a different company for the repairs at a much lower cost. Called dry force to inspect water damage. While the person came promptly, till now I don t have the report after 5 days. I have called 3 times atleast and get various answers ranging from they may not have had time to we are busy with month end activities. I need the report asap to submit to my insurance.
