Only placed my initial call to inquire about their services and to get my hard drive sent in but so far they have been exactly as advertised. They came highly recommend from a very reputable Computer Store in my area. Luc and Dylan both were great while setting everything up and answering all my questions! Will update my review shortly with how everything turned out.
