I've enjoyed the service for months. I like the flexibility of having a truck when I need, and a convertible when I want. :-)

Clutch is awesome and worth your money overall. Far better than leasing or maintaining your own vehicle. Sometimes, things do go wrong logistically but they always make it right and then some.

The receptionist who answered my call was really helpful!
I called them and had concerns about lost title.
She took notice and someone called us back after few minutes.
Within three days, we received the title .
They did mail it overnight .

I've been a Clutch subscriber for nine months and love being able to 'flip' between an SUV and a sports car (or a truck, sedan, or minivan) with a simple request via an app! I've never been able to experience so many different types of cars, features, and styles as I have since I started with Clutch. Great service with a smile when they deliver your vehicle, too!

We had a terrific experience and my representative Nick Brown was very helpful in the process. Over a two week period we had three great vehicles, a Porsche Convertible, then a Audi sedan and finally back to a corvette convertible. We really enjoyed the easy to use app and the friendly and quick delivery service!

I saw an ad for drive clutch without 6 months left on my lease last year, and thought "this must be a dream come true" I was trying to figure out what kind of car I wanted to get, and the reality is I love driving different cars, so clutch is perfect for me! I have loved the service. It's like Christmas everytime I get a new car. The value is also great considering it includes your insurance and maintenance, as well as saving all the time you normally have to spend on both of these. A few times, they have not been able to give me the car I want, but always go above and beyond to make up for it. I plan on continuing with clutch for a long time.

This service started out great and has deteriorated to the point that it is horrible. I get the car I want about 10% of the time. There is little to no customer service and they can never tell you when the category of car you requested will be available. It is a great idea, but there have a long way to go before I would recommend this service to anyone. Also, it looks like most of the 5 star reviews are generic and probably coming from employees or robots.

Service is okay. Definitely wouldn t recommend. I ve been trying to obtain declaration form for insurance for the past THREE months after being involved in a auto accident. I ve been told someone will get back to me and every time I call I get the same response. Service has definitely declined. Overall the vehicles are top notch and in excellent condition but why pay so much when you don t get access to simple information.

My wife and I have been using Clutch for 6+ months and have really enjoyed the flexibility. We have been able to enjoy a a large SUV for road trips, a convertible for a nice fall day drive, and even a truck for landscaping projects! Clutch is a great concept and the service has been seamless with little to no delays and/or issues.
