Graduated C1 truck driving school, and driving solutions was very helpful, my driving agent seemed to care about my well being and any question I had were answered.

Was one of my better experiences , the school was the best, and the driver solution persons was the best they told me everything that i did need verry clear , thanks driver Solutions and C1 i got my Cdl and a job with a great company

I was able to obtain my CDL-A and employment through Driver Solutions. The process was fast and streamlined. They keep you informed every step of the way.

Driver Solutions and AAA trucking school are excellent. The instructors Brian and Able are outstanding helping to guide you through all aspects of the skills needed to get your CDL. The recruiters at Driver Solutions help in all aspects of getting you hired by a trucking company that will provide tuition assistance for your training. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to become a trucker or even just needing a refresher.

The communication and the staff within Driver was great, the staff was friendly, and was able to make my process as easy as possible. The school we had a few hiccups but where able to work through them. Staff got back with me in a timely manner about concerns and questions that i had.

This school was excellent. It has good instructors that want you to do well. They are very patient. I had a very positive experience.

Driver Solutions got me in a CDL training school and with a trucking company 1 week after I contacted them.

The people that got you talking to on the phone don't have a clue of how this industry works they're trying to tell me there's no cap for driving referring to hours of service

Great trainers to bring out the trucker in you and helping know yourself where you think you can't then in long run you achieved the impossible like Tom cruise in mission impossible pay attention and put forth effort and succeed and any concern you can always come to trainer or office staff and work out what's needed and they'll bend over backwards for ya sounds painful lol but great atmosphere for me and doing what I thought was brain boggling thanks for the service you laid out with the good plan in motion. Now it's time to HAUL TAIL SAFELY

The instructions given during the course were helpful and successful in me getting my CDL. The only thing that could be improved is actually providing more time driving. The Instructors were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for the students.

I clicked on a Craigslist ad for PAM Trucking that apparently was scouting work done by Drivers Solutions whom setup a situation to get training for a Class A CDL and drive for PAM. Drivers Solutions would most likely be a 4 star rating had the school they set me up with, C1 Trucking, not been highly negligent on their duties, actively impeding and impairing the ability of it's students to perform in driving professionally. Due to this severe and improper business association that resulted in an immoral and unethical student termination, Driver Solutions demands that I owe them their finders fee and has been harassing on it getting paid even though I currently have no money to give and thanks to the abysmal failure of the school they partnered me with, have no job or income to be able to make that up to them for the time being. The whole point of clicking the ad was to solve that issue and it's only dug it deeper for me.

If Driver Solutions is able to properly communicate with me on addressing this issue then I'll likely change this review score to a 4 as the highly unprofessional partners they have along with some difficult guidelines and rather asinine demands they be paid by the prospective employee for their own ads should all parties fail, regardless of cause, is troubling but they did make it fairly streamlined in getting to the point of attending classes and having conditional employment. I am trying to get a written explanation to them as per the difficult guidelines but I have been extremely busy acquiring another training and employment opportunity as self care always comes first since one cannot survive without it, so this front has been slow. I should be able to mail something in the next couple of weeks for that. Thankfully I'll also be fully trained and working again by the end of the year so that will help in making amends with payments should they still insist on it starting next year. This in particular is what I am trying to work an understanding in with Driver Solutions. If they cannot see reason then I have no choice but to keep the review a 1 star rating.

I can honestly say that I really enjoyed my training experience at the Daphne Alabama location. The instructors was on point and direct. I learned valuable information from all of the instructors there. I wouldn't hesitate to advise anyone who is interested in getting there CDL to attend school their! Thanks!!!!

There is nothing negative that I have to say about driver solutions. In the time of need they and my instructors at my school was very very resourceful in ways I never knew people could be. I graduated yes with my black hat and I am now here in Memphis TN for Orientation provided by Swift Transportation.

Stay away for these crooks. They will steal your money. In 2002, I went to c1 driving school for 1 day. They crammed 4 people in a room that was infested with roaches. I told the school that I quit. I got it in writing, and went back to Wisconsin. I long since forgotten about those maggots. C1 sold my info to Driver solutions. Now, in 2020, these peices of trash are trying to sue me for 800.00 and starting the process to garnish my wages. If you want to start your career as a trucker, do it another way. Stay away from these people.

Had a great time, great experience. I would suggest the course to anyone interested. If ya try just remember, it's intense and a little fast paced, but don't give up. It works,"Don't Give Up"

Hello, I was excited to learn to drive a semi truck, as I have always been stuck in a factory. Now that my children are older, I have the chance to live my life on the open road. So, I signed up for this great opportunity with driver Solutions to get my CDL. They sent me to a hotel in a very bad area of Detroit, the room smelled like pot the whole time I was there. After complaining time after time, I finally gave up. The school I attended (Suburban Truck Driving School) was about 9 miles from the hotel, which didn t even have a working ice machine.Two weeks into the schooling the power went out on a Sunday morning around 9am due to freezing rain causing lines to break. I spent that whole day waiting for the power to come on. It didn t, the next day I called Driver Solutions, and they didn t have a back up plan or anything to offer besides a room with no power and no hot water. Upon pulling into the hotel that night I witnessed them taking out a dead body that had froze to death. So, I bundled up and laid in my freezing hotel room another night. I would have to run my truck to just try to get a little heat on my feet, but soon became very low in gas and funds to replace the gas I was burning just trying to keep warm. The power finally came on Tuesday evening at about 5:30 after Driver Solutions offered me a hotel an hour away from the school. By now I was definitely broke and couldn t afford the gas for the week or to eat, so for the rest of the week I barely ate, and barely squeaked by on the gas. I was 3 hours from my home, and two weeks into training, I had a lot of time invested in this opportunity. The school I would give a 5 star rating to, but the way this situation was handled by Driver Solutions definitely showed me the kind of employee relations they have.

Great way to get CDL training without a student loan, or coughing up 5-10k$. Overall my experience was very positive. My only complaint, is when I left their school (C1 Truck Driver Training) and went into the workforce, I was completely clueless as to how to park a trailer in a space where there is little wiggle room for pull ups. At the time I left the school they were about to add a new course, for alley docking. This is probably the fix for my problem. I do recommend this program for anyone interested in the trucking industry.

It taught me a lot the instructors are very nice, but the class sizes were a little to big.

Instructors were terrible. Only a small handful of the instructors were good. There was a lot of making fun of people who couldn't drive or drive stick. Which to me is stupid, it's a school, of course people who don't know how to do something are going to go there, thats the whole point of a school. To find encouragement and learn not be put down for not knowing something already.

I had a great experience learning at c1 in N Little Rock, AR. I earned my CDL in just under 4 weeks and just completed my orientation at PAM yesterday. I'm anxious to meet up with my mentor this week and start my OTR training!

Great hands on learning environment! I enjoyed the hands on training and the amount of time I was able to spend in the truck practicing shifting, driving and maneuvers. The instructors were knowledgeable, courteous and provided positive constructive feedback.

Several years ago I used this "company" to try and better myself. Went to a local school passed no problem. The company I signed on to drive for, after my training, would only give me about 700 miles a week and then sit me at a truck stop a week. This went on for about 2 months. I contacted management within the company and could get no help. I contacted this company and was told they could not place me with another company, although they say lifetime placement. I then left the business for a job that at least had a steady paycheck and they harass nonstop for payback although they would not help with placement to make any kind of living in the field. Very bad company.

It went well. Melodie Duncan helped a lot. Things went well and I am excited to start a new career.

The class and learning about trucking was great the only problem I have seen is the poor choice in hotel. Every week while there the students were complaining in bed bugs when they check in and sometimes after class. Rooms were badly kept up they would in and clean the room and make the bed up like on my third week after starting and bathrooms weren't in good shape also. If I were drivers solution I would get another look at a hotel that isn't run down and below a 90% health grade. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't choose to go Thur drivers solution.

I enjoyed my time there, I attended the Drivers Solutions in Asheboro, North Carolina. I graduated a day early...my first day of observation I met this instructor name Billy whom had been driving trucks for over 45years. I automatically wanted him to train me to be a driver. He was hands, my opinion one of the best instructors they have. It started of rough,but him being a vet in truck driving I was driving like a pro in a couple of days. He never said it but I know he was proud on me and I was proud of myself because I never drove clutch before.
The only thing I didn't like was the rooms, but minus that overall the school taught me what I needed to know to be a good truck driver. I'm gonna miss the staff they treated me with respect and had a sense of humor, which was a plus. My roommate and the classes before me mentored me a lot too. So I was extra prepared and ready. THANK YOU Driver Solutions for your patients and the skills that I need to proceed in my career in Truck Driving.

They are crooks i failed the driver school they sent me home told me they would call with another chance and never did now i got a 2,990 bill for something i can t work off or never got a cdl for

The time that was spent FTA was one of the most experienced learning time of my life and i hope to bring the lesson from what I was taught to my life on the road. I would like to give credit to all of the staff members who run the school they separated were it was fun to learn to being critically serious. Mr Batts is regarded very highly in my whole learning experience a very knowledgeable man as well as others Ms Juily Ms Brenda and Mr Kelly one of my on the road driving instructor .. At all end I would an i have recommend this school to any and all who are interested!

Great place to get your training for CDL-A. They have trainers with years of trucking experience. Made it easy to pass state driving test first try!

I was disrespected by a representative at this location for no reason. I called and reported the rep to hr, and I was told I would receive a call from another yesterday morning. I never received a call from any rep. This location is extremely unprofessional and I feel I was discriminated against for no reason.

The service was great, and I am so happy for being a student at this great school.

My experience was great finished school in 4 weeks .The only thing was motel was not clean,but it was only for 4 weeks.

They Have a Great Team of Professionals that spend a great deal of time on Giving you the Training and the skill set to become a great Professional in the trucking industries.

I came to school, I learned how to drive, backup, and parallel park a semi tractor/trailer and I graduated and have my CDL. I'm satisfied with the training I got on the range from Keith, Victor, Mike and Deon, and from the driving instructors Les, Ken, and Faith, and also the classroom instruction we got from Brad. Now I'm looking forward to starting my new career as a professional truck driver. Thank You All for the time and patience it takes to teach someone to drive responsibly and safely handle a large vehicle, and to do it in a professional manner.

FTA cdl training school in my opinion is a great school to start your new career. It's in Asheboro NC and the staff are great and they make sure that you learn the basic knowledge to graduate on time and become successful in this industry. I recommend that school to anyone who is willing to learn and listen and follow instructions. They are very patient and will work with you to make sure that before you leave you are on your way with the tools you need to become a good truck driver.

Thanks to Driver Solutions I was able to get the best training there is out there at least for North Carolina. Future Truckers of America located in Asheboro was great. I mean before attending their school didn't have a clue what so ever about driving a tractor trailer. All I knew was I needed a new career and fast. Driver Solutions not only placed me with the best training thanks to Randy and his outstanding instructors but they also landed me a job as well. Excelent experience. I got all the training i needed to get my cdl. In 4 weeks. Otherwise would have had in 3 weeks but thanksgiving fell in between my 3rd week. Off to start my driving career at orientation. The instructors are awesome. The info on DS websight gave me all i needed to pass my permit and driving tests. Definitely worth the time and effort. Now to start making some money.

I just got my Class A CDL, waiting on getting a mentor, to show me the ropes to be the best driver that I can be. The training I received at Surburan trucking school in Romulus Michigan was really good, the instructors are top notch and very good. Drivers Solutions are one of the best to help you make a career change and offer the chance to change your life around for the better. At least for me they have, I have been homeless for two years now, due to getting out of toxic and abusive marriage, now divorced. Now looking to really turn my life around for the better, and Driver's Solutions has offered me the opportunity to just that. I recommend to all those that have dreamed or ever wanted to become a truck driver to go for it. It is worth all the effort you put into it. Never give up on yourself or on your dreams.

My experience doing my driver's training was very good I had a great time meeting new people and the trainers all helped a lot while I was trying to learn the process of driving the tractor trailers. I would recommend it to anyone that has never touch the truck before but has wanted to get their CDL license. As for Drivers Solutions they were all very helpful and nice every time I spoke with them.

The school was not long enough, not enough instructors, over crowded and the dont even get me started on the hotel. Yes I finished in three weeks, but they only teach what you need to pass at dps. It would of been nice if there were more time available for behind the wheel driving. (Ft. Worth)

Hi...I attended the class at Truckers of America in Asheboro, North Carolina...I was assigned to stay at Randolph Inn in Asheboro, North Carolina.

First the hotel was very unclean and the owner very unprofessional. I had to ask everyday to have my room cleaned. The room had bed bugs. The carpet was very dirty, and the room smelled bad. The owner was a very negative lazy business owner who gave everyone excuses for not maintaining a clean place to stay and his wife was very disrespectful to quest also.

As far as the truck driving school the instructors were very knowledgeable and the information was informative. I would have liked more time to work on backing and driving on the range before I trained on the open road. I enjoyed my classmates and everyone helped each other. The instructors were knowledgeable and gave great guidance well training on the open road.

Finally,the school was good, but the hotel was very bad.

worse place to go recruiter well tell you one then and after your there is all a lie. The class room they just had you a book and say good luck. You sign a contract saying they will get you a job after you pass and If they don't your stuck paying them back 6 grand even tho they didn't hold up there end of the contract

The instructors were incredibly helpful. It was like a family everyone working together to get you where you need to be. Drivers solutions was helpful always stayed in touch and did their job and then some. Thank you for the experience and opportunity!

The recruiters will tell you one thing and when you get to training it is completely different. This place is misleading shades the truth and completely false in what the say on there driver account.
Don't be scammed and find a some one that will be honest in there wording and over the phone. not to mention they put up in a roach motel.

This company ripped me off. They said that the company they put me with would pay for my schooling. Then they sued me for almost twice what it cost to go to the school and sent all of the information to a bad address so I couldn't even fight it.

I loved it c1 in little rock,ar was the best. I learned a lot from the instructors and they were all cool. All I can say is thank u to drivers solution and to c1 for the help and training for my new proffesional career

BEWARE of this company if you have to pay for their training yourself. They charge outrageous interest rates. I have payments set up so that they charge my debit card automatically every month and they have tried telling me in the past that I missed a payment and as a result I have to pay a higher interest rate. How can I miss a payment when THEY automatically take it out? Then when you call them they don't answer their phones, so you have to leave a message that they never return. So then you have to start calling them repeatedly over and over again and if your lucky they'll answer it within 5-10 times of calling them!!! This is a terrible way to run a business and to treat your former students. Save yourself the headaches they have caused me and go with another company.

To start, they set you up in a less than one star hotel in a bad part of town. We actually had a hooker get stabbed in the middle of the night two doors down, so sleeping wasn't an option. Then you go to class and the instructors were mostly good. However, the one I had assigned to me for the driving portion thought he was a drill instructor. If you did the slightest thing wrong this guy lost his mind and was in your face screaming. Now maybe that method of teaching works for some people. I'm not one of them. Other instructors were incredibly patient and worked diligently to make sure their students learned what they needed to know. Mine thought he was R. Lee Ermey. Dropping insults and making fun of the people who couldn't drive a stick shift yet. Awful experience!

Very good school. Fast paced, and they care about helping you get your CDL and getting you out into a new career.

I only knocked one star off due to a few moments where a lack of professionalism was shown by certain members of the staff. Given some of the students' attitudes they were dealing with, though, I fully understand their actions at the time.

Well for one DMV genie will help you pass the permit test as long as you take it a lot of times. Second I don t care if I miss spell things what ever it is the basics need to know. YouTube will teach you the Pre trip as told by the instructor. The only thing I learn was because of DMV GENIE that you can download on your phone I didn t listen in class and passed it with flying colors because of it I m not say don t use them but they will try to scary you in to thinking that an app will not work but at the end she will tell you to use this app. I m glad they found something on my record because it cancelled my contract it s not three weeks it when ever you get done. I m not say not to use them but get a head of the game use the app many time and watch YouTube on the pre trip but they will only teach you enough to pass to get your CDL , then get the hell out of there this is just to help anyone reading the comments on this place they will tell you anything Friday s you go in from 7:45 until when ever they are done. The first week you will be there 2:45 until when ever they feel like they are done, the next few weeks you will be there 7:45 until 2:45 so day shift is the place to be because WILLY which is an Instructor that you will hear about if you go to Jackson,MS he can t teach to me they are a joke down there but I m glad to be back home and away from that mess. I m sure not all of the loctions are like that but that one is so good look and please use DMV genie it will help

I'm satisfied with the way things were the driving and classes that we're taught. They all were professionals. I think the motel could have been a little more like that , but nothing is perfect.

Great experience. Very knowledable instructors. Hands on learning. I would recomend Driver Solutions to anyone interested in getting their CDL.

Bob did a great job teaching us on the road truck. He is very patient and understanding when correcting our many mistakes we made while learning to drive commercial trucks. He is straight forward and teaches in a way that allows students to progress very quickly. He will show up early and stay late for students that need extra help. I can't think of anything he could've done better.

Where do I begin? The experience that I had at C1 Truck Driver Training in Indianapolis, IN was simply incredible. From my first contact with my driver agent, Kristina, to completing my graduation paperwork with the assistance of Taylor, my experience was not only smooth and painless, but filled with genuine, heartfelt support from everyone that I met along the way.

When my husband and I were first considering getting our CDLs, the process seemed very overwhelming to me. There were so many options to choose from that I didn't really know where to start, especially since I had no previous experience in this field. My whole attitude changed when I first spoke to Kristina. She thoroughly answered every question that I had, and if she didn't know the answer, she worked diligently to find me the information that I needed to make an informed decision about this process. I always felt like she put me and my personal needs first instead of just trying to push me through the program without really being sure that this was something that I wanted.

Once I knew for sure that I wanted to move forward with entering the training, Kristina made sure that I knew everything that I would need well in advance, which greatly reduced my anxiety about the first day of class and really helped me get my life in order before I arrived in Indianapolis. Without her help, I can assure you that I would not have been nearly as prepared and that I would have been MUCH more stressed. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to her, if at all possible.

Through the rest of my time in the training program, I spoke with Taylor just a handful of times, but each time, she was courteous and friendly, and quickly processed my information so that I would be prepared to start working for PAM Transport as soon as I graduated. I really appreciated her thoroughness and her eye for detail in making sure that my application was completely filled out so that there would be no delays in the hiring process. She definitely demonstrated an understanding of one of my top reasons for being here - getting a job and making money!

Of course, I've come to realize that this industry is about a whole lot more than just "doing a job" and "making money", and I never would have realized that if it wasn't for this program. Thank you for all that you do to help people like me earn their CDL and join the industry that forms the "backbone of America" - trucking.

Well first of all I wanna thank drivers solutions and Pam Transport for giving me the opportunity to go to school and obtain my CDL. Well the experience was overall a great experience the instructors knew all the answers to the questions I would ask. They taught me everything I needed to pass the test in order to get my cdl.

it was ok the motel was not that great no coffee pot in rooms and we was not able to eat breakfast there that's hard because we are unemployed at the time . the school needs more trucks and instructors

They accept people into class knowing everything about them only kick them out for things already disclosed very bad and undependable place to go to school for also the training on the rang lacks any real behind the wheel trainging unless u beg and fight for spots

If you'd of asked me what my future would hold, five months ago, having CDLS and being a part of a widely growing and necessary career for the good of America would not be what I'd of said. I was very tentative about my choice in going to this school but they ( the instructors ) put me at ease from day one. They encouraged and guided me throughout the entirety of my time there . My success actually mattered to then not because I was just a number but because I was a person trying to be a professional driver as a career.
