Best ever buffet choices I feel the Beijing beef was ultimate also the walnut shrimp dipped with honey , took a half and half with noodles and fried rice , we also tasted the speciality chicken and broccoli beef the taste I enjoyed cannot be explained, to my views it s the best restaurant one should try in North America the tamarind sauce added something great to all of the dishes
This is a nice place for middle of no where and great selection as always.
Always issues at this location, so now they will only on make fried rice when they have sold all the brown rice. I'm done with this location
This Panda Express location was pretty clean, but not spotless. Staff was friendly but not exceptional. Food was fresh and tasty, as always.

Awesome food, my favourite is orange chicken, tiriyaki chicken. Great prepration by Panda. You can also try noodles, this is also best.
The food tastes as good as the other Panda I often visit in Los Angeles. The drive through is fast and the staffs are friendly as well as efficient. Restroom is clean and fragrant. They have outdoor seating too. Parking is large and easy to find a spot.

Located at a rest stop, it's a very clean and convenient stop to eat, rest a little and bathroom break. It's a standard Panda Express, but it's clean so that's an A+ for me. Plenty of seats and clean bathrooms!
I will as customer service was amazing here for my 1st time stopping here at Panda Express I want to thank Mrs.Celia( sorry if I didn t spell correctly) and Mrs. Joan and The Angel that was behind me that was willing to help on my my cash shortage! There are still Great People in the World!

I went in today with my family we travel alot this way and we stop at panda cause we love having panda but we had a really bad experience at this location we found hairs in all three plates so I got up and went to manager to let her know and she was not professional at all she got upset when I asked her that if I can please have my refund back cause I literally had to take out the hair from my mouth and I was grossed out. And as my family digged in to there player they found a hair in their plate too plus there was a fly in there food flying around and her name is Joan and rebecca. And I even asked if they were frenchies or Corp and they didn't want to answer that question at all so I asked if I can speak to the manager and Juan said she was in charged so she really needs more training in customer service. I know no one is perfect things happen but in this case it wasn't my fault to get treated like that or anyone else plus I had spend 40 dlls
This is a family favorite because it is always fresh, we have never had one dried out, and the flavor is great. It is not the cheapest but it is worth the price.
Very clean. Vestibule cuts down on all the flys trying to make it inside. Teriyaki chicken already sliced and in a bowl. Most other Pandas, its a five minute wait.
Food is always fair at Panda. Jaime the short girl was to busy looking around. I walked in at 840 got my food at 855. An Arab dude was in there waiting AL ready when I got there. They people on shift 3/2/18 at 840 when I walked in play a lot and spend time laughing and jokeing around the place. They even served an employee who was leaving a short guy before us 3 men in line.
they had brown rice and veggies. my favorite. would like to give them 5 stars, but the idiot behind the counter only half filled the box of veggies. i opened it and shook the veggies down to see that she had just losely tossed the veggies in there and the box was half full of air pockets. i asked her to fill it with veggies, and she said, "but you shook them down". two which i replied, "i most certainly did, and that's what you should have done when you were filling the box, instead of putting so much air in there. it's mostly just cabbage, you know"? "i pay for vegetables, not for air". "you should do your job as well as i did". then, the manager jumped in front of her, filled the box full of vegetables, and sent me on my merry way. thank you manager that's why you're the boss.

This way the best Panda Express I've ever been to! Hands down, the best and freshest food. They were out of two of the things, but they cooked it up in just a few minutes, just long enough for me to get a bathroom break before eating.

We had arrive at there busy time and had to wait 20 minutes for the grilled chicken that turned into a 45 minute wait. We were done with our food and still waiting on our grilled chicken. I was Furious but they went beyond and above to make me happy and i didnt ask them too. I was really happy when we all left. Thank you !
Super long line, but they worked pretty fast Samung or apple pay doesnt work there. I got the family deal about 30.00 bucks which is a little bit cheaper, then getting separate meals for everyone. Clean rest room, no changing table for baby that sucked

Healthy Asian fast food, delicious and consistent quality and quantity among branches/franchises. This Panda Express branch is located in Santa Nella off Fwy 5 ... a nice treat for road trip between San Francisco and Los Angeles, plus this Santa Nella exit always have the cheapest gas stations. Outdoor seatings, drive-thru and inside dining available, clean bathroom is a+. TV airing news was on but not too loud, pleasant casual ambiance.
Good Asian restaurant. Good quality of food. Fast service. Several menu choices. Disabled parking and for trucks just'a side. Shrimps with honey and succulent nuts. Chow mein very good. Beef with broccoli and chicken with excellent orange. Good price .. 1 plate of 3 choices of menu 9 $ us. Enjoy your meal !
A little pricey but that's not why I rated it so low, they weren't very friendly and they took the longest just sitting there talking to each other and not bringing out the new food they ran out of, even when it was done and put out on the line up it took them five minutes to finally finish our boxes and call us to come pick them up, and they were rude about it
You need to watch food quality. I got a meal that the garbage can had more of than I did. When I tried to give my meal back with a complaint I was treated as if I were a horrible person. Never got my money back, threw my meal away and have never returned. Still have no want to return and more than likely never will.

This place is disgusting! I go up to order and they don't have anything fresh made everything is sold out so they tell me I have to wait for my beef broccoli after about 20 mins the cook finally starts making what I was waiting for even the there were no other customers in the store. When he got done he put it up on a ledge and it falls off all over the counter not the Front counter where they serve the food but the back counter where they make the food. The lady then scoops the food back in the tray and tries to serve it to me. Absolutely disgusting I then asked for my refund and they go o no nothing wrong with the food it's still good. Um no give me my money back and have a nice day getting other people sick.
Ordered online and was notified food was ready while driving to the store. Waited 10 minutes while drive thru was serviced, despite stating I had an order which was notified as ready to pick up. Once assisted, staff didn't seem to worried that my order was sitting at the line the entire time while I just stood there. Had to microwave my food once I got home...
Great place to stop for tired travelers. Clean, plenty of seating, and it's Panda Express so you will either like it or not. The service was fast and friendly and we were in and out quickly.
We placed our order in the drive thru, the clerk said it will be 10 minutes for one entree, is that ok. We said no and changed our order. Drive up to pay and get our food and she said please pull around and park I'll bring your order to the car. There was no one behind us. We pulled forward in the driveway and waited for 5 minutes because there were no parking spaces. So noticing there was no one behind us we backed up to the window to wait. We were told to again move forward because when we pulled back it set a timer for her and she didn't want to get into trouble for having us wait?!? Then told us it would be 5 more minutes before our food would be ready. At this rate I could have had what I originally ordered. It would have been nice had they just been straight up with us and told us it would be 10 minutes no matter what we ordered.
Great food. Fast service. The chow mein was a little tough, maybe undercooked, but just a little. Maybe because there was a rather long line...
