The installation of my family room and kitchen blinds took roughly a year to complete! The whole process started 8/16/16 and just got finished today! I paid in full, but they were never in a hurry to get my blinds/shades. CSR Ryan never called back when she said she would! Susette would never return my calls either. My blinds were too short, 3 installs in a row! The only nice thing about this company was the man installing them; that's why they get 1 star. I will never order from them and neither should you!!

Our first install was delayed because they only ordered 2 rods for 5 windows, the second install was delayed after they ordered the incorrect sized rods and we had 2 different sizes and the curtains were pleated wrong. It s been one week and I haven t heard an update, and am still waiting for thei third try in getting it correct.
I paid for shutters in sept 2015. They took forever to come back to measure. Very inflexible with times to come in to measure. One of the shutters opens in the wrong direction. This company won't solve the problem. I complained in December. They called me back in april and wanted 200 to correct the problem. I refused so they agreed to send an installer to change the hinges. He came out, I explained the problem with complaints on how he installed them initially and how long it took to correct the problem. He walked out without fixing it! how unprofessional! This company lacks any customer service. Once you sign the contract and pay, you're stuck!!!
We have worked with Marcia Pederson on 2 projects and soon to work with her on a 3rd! We did a complete renovation on our first floor, including an addition, and needed window treatments for the living room/dining room and kitchen. Marcia helped us select the perfect window treatments. They are beautiful, but more importantly the quality and function are excellent! After more than a dozen years of working with Drapery Connection, I will never hire them again for a project. It took multiple calls to be contacted by a sales person. That should have been my clue to the deterioration of their service. I have had no contact from my sales person after placing my order and when I contact them and request information, I never receive the promised return phone call. Their service is terrible.
