Our first install was delayed because they only ordered 2 rods for 5 windows, the second install was delayed after they ordered the incorrect sized rods and we had 2 different sizes and the curtains were pleated wrong. It s been one week and I haven t heard an update, and am still waiting for thei third try in getting it correct.
