The installation of my family room and kitchen blinds took roughly a year to complete! The whole process started 8/16/16 and just got finished today! I paid in full, but they were never in a hurry to get my blinds/shades. CSR Ryan never called back when she said she would! Susette would never return my calls either. My blinds were too short, 3 installs in a row! The only nice thing about this company was the man installing them; that's why they get 1 star. I will never order from them and neither should you!!
