After more than a dozen years of working with Drapery Connection, I will never hire them again for a project. It took multiple calls to be contacted by a sales person. That should have been my clue to the deterioration of their service. I have had no contact from my sales person after placing my order and when I contact them and request information, I never receive the promised return phone call. Their service is terrible.
