Everyone was great from the order entry person, to the delivery, which was on time, and the delivery driver went out of his way to help with the delivery as the arrangement was pretty heavy . Roses were perfect and the arrangement even had river stones in the bottom to off set the weight of the large arrangement on top. Nothing but GOOD from Dr. Delphiniums support team. Well done . We ll do it all again in the near future.
I had a very last minute special request for a floral design and delivery for my Mothers birthday and due to the time difference of me being in Los Angeles, I was struggling to find someone to help me. Fortunately, my sister that lives in Dallas recommended Dr. Delphinium Designs and Events as its her favorite floral design in Dallas. I tried the website and couldn't have same day delivery for what I was looking for again, due to the time difference until I called and Dawn answered the phone. I was so worried that I had got caught up in my work that I had missed sending my amazing mother flowers for her Birthday. Dawn changed all of that and erased all of my concern instantly! She was so kind and understanding and jumped into action and made my late mistake(again due to the time difference) feel as if it were nothing and instantly helped me make this happen for my mothers special day. Not only did Dawn make me feel the true essence of hospitality and empathy, she was able to get the most beautiful arrangement made and delivered to my mother at work before her office closed for the night! She helped me make my mother feel loved and special, not to mention erased all stress for me sitting 1600 miles away. Dawn has now made me a Dr. Delphinium Designs and & Events fan and patron for life. Thank you baby sister for the introduction and thank you to Dawn and the person that made the gorgeous floral arrangement, resulting in a very happy Mother on her birthday.
Ordered flowers online for a loved one having surgery. I called the hospital first to understand what their process for flower deliveries since she was in surgery and not in a room yet. The hospital said they receive in flowers and then deliver once the patient is out of surgery. I have a cold and cannot visit my loved one for fear of spreading my infection to her or others in the hospital so I was counting on the flowers to bring some cheer and show my love since I couldn't be there. How frustrating it is to constantly call family and ask, did they arrive, did they arrive? She was in her room by 5 and no flowers yesterday. No flowers today. I called Dr. Delphinium and the person who answered the phone stated yes, we checked yesterday and she was not in a room so we did not deliver. I don't know what happened after that. I let her know my loved one will be discharged later today so no need to deliver and she stated they could deliver at a home which would be fine except she lives in Wichita Falls TX. She then proceeded to say, well we can credit your money back, as if they are doing me a favor! I told her yes, I expect my money to be credited back especially since I was not provided any services. I was never notified that they could not deliver yesterday or today but apparently they didn't realize it either until I called. I guess they would have just kept my money if I never called. Horrible!!!!!!!
Our friend loved the flowers we had delivered to her! They were professional and listened to my wishes when I called to place the order and delivered exactly that. A receipt via e-mail with a description of what was ordered was sent the same day. Once they were delivered, I received a confirmation. A great way to communicate, especially for customers out of town.
My wife loved the flowers very much. In fact she said it was probably the most beautiful set of flowers I've ever sent her. And we have been married almost 45 years. So thanks for such a great job.

Dr Delphinium did the flowers for my wedding. The flowers were beautiful and even better was the service I received throughout the planning process. I sent them a lot of emails over a course of a year. And I mean A LOT. I changed this, added that, came up with different designs I wanted. And the entire time they were prompt, professional, and kind. Amy and Sarah really understood my vision and when I sent them photos showing the centerpieces I wanted they pretty much created them exactly like what was shown. And even better was they provided wayyy more flowers than even what I expected based on the quote. And they ll work with pretty much any budget which is hard to find. I highly recommend.

They designed my wedding flowers and they were beautiful and fairly priced. I use them all the time to send flowers to friends and family in the DFW area and everyone always is in love with them. Once the chocolates I ordered to go with flowers did not arrive and they made another visit the same day to drop them off. Couldn't ask for anything better!
They had a hard time getting into the building, and gave me a call to confirm the delivery phone number. When they still couldn't get into the building, rather than contact us again, they ... just didn't deliver until several days later. It would have taken 5 minutes to give us another call.

Best florist in Dallas. All their arrangements are so tastefully and beautifully done. Also it's very easy to customize your order over the phone or online. I called from New York to have birthday flowers sent to my mom and they delivered exactly what I asked for to her office early in the day. I've used them several times and they're consistently great. They're slightly pricier than some other florists, but totally worth it.

Ordered and paid for flowers for homecoming weeks in advance and when I went to pick them up, they had sold them to someone else. They threw together a "bouquet" that barely resembled what I ordered and made me late to pick up my date. Not shopping here again. Park Cities Petals is far superior.
