Unfortunately, the DPD deliverers are too lazy to deliver the parcels directly to the recipient. It is stored in the parcel shop without notification and you also have to collect heavy parcels from there. For me, as a woman of over 70 who is not motorized, this is an imposition. I find the behavior of the couriers to be outrageous. I would love to give no star at all.
