My package should be parked in front of the apartment door, the doctor's office on the ground floor is open and always opens the front door.
According to email traffic, the package was "successfully" parked at the agreed location. But it cannot be found. Neither in front of the apartment door nor in the rest of the house, the neighbors saw nothing and the employees of the doctor's practice don't know anything about a package.
This is very annoying, because it means that I only received one email communication with DPD for an order value of 100 . The money is gone and the ordered clothes from the package cannot be found.

So far everything has always worked smoothly, as with other parcel delivery services.
A package that had been ordered through another service provider arrived exactly today. Everything went perfectly.
