Doubletree World Arena-Colorado Springs, CO. Review

Enjoyed our brief stay on our way to Denver. Great location, and the Hilton Honors floor was a nice surprise. The rooms were unusually large, the view good, and as usual, hilton luxury at its best. Thank you for your friendly hospitality! We will be repeat customers.

Beautiful hotel, room was amazing and staff was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh and I felt like I was at home.

I attended an art show at the DoubleTree. It was very well run by both the event and hotel staff. There were signs and the staff there were very helpful.

I recently attended a small convention here. The room was clean. The restaurant was good. The staff was great. I don't know about their regular rates, but the negotiated group rate was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool is kind of murky, breakfast a little expensive, but good overall

Worst customer service, you have to pay for your own transportation to and from the airport if there no driver available.

Very expansive hotel has a lot to offer. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and enjoyed hanging out in the center courtyard or checking out the the mountains from my fourth floor room.

Finding the pool was confusing. But the rooms overall were great. Comfy beds, plenty of pillows etc. The only negative would be the little store thing in the lobby for snacks which there wasn't much in. Had an ice cream freezer that only had hit pockets which I thought was odd. But I probably didn't need ice cream that late at night anyway.

I was there for the deca districts. Looks like a very nice hotel.

We ended up having to book into this hotel at the last minute. We were in town for Spartan Race, and our VRBO wasn't very clean. This hotel was easy to book, easy to find, clean, and had great service.

Really nice looking place. No fault to the hotel, but there wasn't nearly enough room for the event.

Service was pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the bar/restaurant downstairs. Reasonably priced food. Free WiFi.

Very nice lobby. Front desk staff were unprofessional and we're gossiping at the front desk where guests could hear.

Went for a wedding in the summer. The grounds were nice, and the banquet room was decorated nicely. The banquet staff was mostly pleasant, and the food was delicious! The main areas of the hotel were clean.

I called the hotel directly to make a reservation and the hold music was rap and this is supposed to be a "fine" hotel.... then the front desk transferred me to a call center, if I had wanted a call center I would not have called the specific hotel directly..... made a reservation elsewhere.

Letty is awesome. They will be done with construction soon. Hang in there. Great place to stay!

Good hotel, but lots of military balls during my visit

This hotel was pretty nice. The entry still feels pretty swanky even though we stayed here because it wasn't too expensive. There's all kind of food in the area around it, and the rooms themselves are pretty nice. I knocked one star because the pillows were a little hard and i had trouble sleeping, but i already know I'm picky, so that's not really their fault. Overall i was impressed.

Clean, well appointed. Only spent time I'm meeting rooms and common areas, but all attendants were very helpful, and rooms nice, decently catered.

Does what it says on the can. Friendly staff, clean accomodations.

They did a great job making guests feel comfortable amidst on-going construction.

The room was big. Very dated and my sink was clogged.

A recent acquisition... Not yet up to Doubletree standards... And under renovation.

It's just another hotel. Very nice for business people I'm assuming. But not for college age guests, just trying to find a room. Excellent quality on the showers, but absolutely gross coffee for the rooms. It was vile.

Location is good and the renovations that they have done are a marked improvement from the last time I was here. Breakfast was well done and the bar looks well stocked. Pool and fitness center are nice amenities. Renovations in certain areas are still ongoing but not very noticeable. One negative was the noise fro the main road and highway right outside our window. I would recommend that folks ask about an interior room looking into the courtyard or a west facing the mountains. Customer service provided by anyone we dealt with was very good.

We went for the Mother's Day Brunch. The food was fantastic, however it was clear that they were short staffed. Ended up giving me a discount to make up for it, which helped.

Very large hotel with plenty of space for any type of event. Great staff of people working for you and alot to see and shop in the surrounding area. Walking distance from several eateries too.

Bartender wasn't the friendliest person, but everyone else has been great. Nice rooms and great lobby.

Nice hotel with easy access to area tourist sites and Ft Carson. There are restaurants and a movie theater close by.

The room was atrocious! Dirty floor, couch was all stained, not to mention the ants all over the bathroom floor. Doorjambs were all torn up , missing grout in shower. We paid over 200$ per night, I complained and I got 50$ off the restaurant next time, no thank you, very poor room for the amount . I f I ran my two business's that way I would be out of business

Can't take advantage of all the amenities because of COVID. Prices don't reflect that loss. Big hotel but the rooms smelled like dirty carpet and pet. We will not revisit this location. Or other DoubleTree locations. Stick with Hampton Inns or better.

Visited the DoubleTree for a conference and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice establishment that handle the ~350 people with ease. A little tight on parking, but otherwise a great time

Wasn't a guest. Just attended a banquet there. Meal was fine albeit unimaginative. What else would you expect?

Great place to stay! We had a one night stay traveling through and it was close to freeway, stores, and restaurants. Clean room, helpful staff, nice amenities. No parking problems when we stayed. If you go to Colorado Springs this is a great place to stay. Only downfall was that they didn't have suites that I knew of.

We stayed there for about a week and we had an excellent experience! The room was large and clean, the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic bar, well decorated as well as the other common areas we visited. Thank you!

Aside from my conference, I went to the bar and spoke to the bartender. She was very nice and very prompt. Another great experience from this hotel.

Attended a work event. The atmosphere was comfortable and the refreshments were good. The event was in the Cripple Creek/Fountain conference room (the two were combined), and it was able to seat around 40 prople.

Love the renovations. The bar gives off such a nightclub feel.

Attended Peak Cyber 2018. Did not stay at the hotel, however amenities provided were good.
